Two months until training camp. Time will certainly start to drag.

Also, fuck Roger Goodell.

Yeah, fuck Roger Goodell, for sure. Fro, I’m sure you’ve seen this, but aside from the bullshit “international games” on the this years schedule, which of course has the Bears playing in London, and has just about every player really not wanting to do them, the motherfucking schedulers have put two goddamn games on for Christmas Day. WHAT. THE. FUCK!!!!!!! Christmas is on a fucking Wednesday this year!!!!!! And it’ll practically be next to impossible for anybody to watch them anyway, since they’ll be exclusively on fucking Netflix!!!!!! Who in the goddamn bluest of blue hells thought that this would be a good idea? I hope NO-FUCKIN-BODY watches those goddamn games!!!!!!

Once again, it’s simply another case of the fucking NFL lying through their goddamn teeth about their “concern” about player safety, as well as trying to make even more money. So, my message to Roger Goodell is quite simply……GO FUCK YOUR MOTHER, YOU SLIMEBALL SO OF A BITCH!

Oh, just to hammer home my point a little further, I just looked at the schedules for the Chiefs, Ravens, Steelers, and the Texans. They all have games for December 21. Four days later they all play again. This is complete fucking bullshit, and it’s insane on top of it. And the Bears also have two, count em, two Thursday games as well. Thanksgiving Day in Detroit, and on December 26 against Seattle, at home. The Bears schedule, in all fairness to them, will definitely be no cake walk, by any stretch.

I don’t think I have ever been more pissed at the NFL.

Oh, and fuck the Cubs entire shitshow of a bullpen while we’re at it.

Absolutely ridiculous. There will be games on everyday in the next ten years. You can count on that.

Roger Goodell needs to get hit by a bus.

I have to say, the Bears have been getting a ton of attention on ESPN this past week, especially on SportsCenter. It’s almost as if they won the Super Bowl in February.

Does the national media not know how terrible this franchise has been in the last 30 years? Why do they deserve this attention now?

If the Bears played the Chiefs in the season opener, it would be just as awful as last year. The Bears lost that game 41-10 and I can assure you, it wasn’t that close. I would bet money the Bears would still lose by 31 at the very least.

More about the Cubs. Jed Hoyer without Theo Epstein is a total bust of a GM. No wonder it has always been said that Hoyer was Robin to Epstein’s Batman, hell, he’s not even a Robin at this point. The Cubs are living on the margins of velocity and slug to save money. Unfortunately the product on the field ends up being lackluster, and that’s putting it modestly. This team can’t string hits together, can’t hold leads, and consistently wastes good starting pitching efforts by an otherwise fairly decent rotation, as piecemeal as it has been due to injuries. Unless, they hit a clutch home run, they barely have a chance of winning a game! How is an offense that was near the top of the league in slug percentage and total runs scored last year floundering like a fish out of water? Why is Hector Neris a closer? He’s blowing saves like its his actual job to do so! David Ross probably would not do any better than Counsell in this situation. Fire Jed Hoyer! And how is Dustin Kelly a major league hitting coach, what is he teaching? How to look at called third strikes? Assistant John Mallee was the Cubs hitting coach when they won the World Series in 2016, I dunno, maybe promote him?

SHOW DA FIRE AND PASSION, MY FRENDT!
