Bears vs. Titans Thread

by

Sorry for the delay. I was supposed to be at this game and I’ve been under the weather the last week.

We’ll see what happens.

OK, so far, I’m not impressed. Seven and a half minutes left in the first, and I’ve seen two badly overthrown balls. Yeah, it’s the kids first game, opening day jitters, yaddie, yaddie, yah……..so far, I’m not seeing what’s been hyped. Period. And now a sack and a 19-yard loss. He might become a good quarterback, but I ain’t seeing it.

4th and 30 now. Fuck this team.

All I can say is……..FUCK YOU VELUS JONES, YOU STUPID PIECE OF FLAMING DOG SHIT!!!!!!!!!

And by the way, can someone please explain to me why Evan Thomas from the Score is the only one there with something resembling a fucking brain?

    This is ridiculous! If expectable…

  6. chucky's avatar chucky Says:

Ridiculous isn’t the word. Expected……maybe, but I didn’t think it would be this fucking bad! Maybe this will FINALLY spell the end for Eber-LOSER. Caleb Williams so far has been the Titans bitch.

    Same Old Shit

LOL. The color commentator calls drop by Keenan Allen ‘uncharacteristic’. There is nothing uncharacteristic about that. It’s all the same. Only the names will change.

    Same old shit !!

  10. pskip1947's avatar pskip1947 Says:

So much for having a top tier defense !!

  11. pskip1947's avatar pskip1947 Says:

I’ll bet his fingernails are painted a pretty color !!

  12. pskip1947's avatar pskip1947 Says:

The 19 yard loss was a killer , it took potential points off the board !

  13. pskip1947's avatar pskip1947 Says:

Penalty after penalty , looks like the same old inept Bears O line !!

  14. chucky's avatar chucky Says:

These idiots also need to stop the after-play celebrations too. Hey, you stupid dumb fucks, you’re down two touchdowns! For fucks sake, get the goddamn lead then celebrate THAT! Until then, just fucking play hard.

    Fucking idiots!

  15. John's avatar John Says:

Give the game ball to the defense and special teams. Williams has work to do.

  16. John's avatar John Says:

Still though, great moral win, especially for that rally from a hole down 17, and 1-0 however ugly sure beats the hell out of being 0-1. Rather be the Bears today than the Panthers, Giants, or falcons.

  17. chucky's avatar chucky Says:

Goddamnit, all I can say is if they play like this the rest of the way they won’t win another fucking game. 149 total yards isn’t going to cut it. And I stand by what I said before. Fuck this team. Caleb Williams played like he was Tennessee’s bitch. Period. Full stop. John, you’re right. He has A LOT of work to do. Once again, we see the results of not playing the starters in preseason. Williams wasn’t ready today, goddamnit, and it fucking showed!

  18. chucky's avatar chucky Says:

Hampton and OB are talking about how Williams wasn’t even close to being ready to play today, I.E. not nearly enough playing time during training camp. How fucking many years have we heard this goddamned BULLSHIT?!?!???? We all know the fucking reason why! This is the prime directive of the goddamned McCaskey FUCKING Crime Family. How many head coaches have done this, held out starters during the preseason. Every fucking one of them since Wannstedt! This is the fucking shit we’re going to be subjected to until this team is sold.

Make no mistake, the Bears got lucky today. Defense, special teams, and loads of bad 2nd half play from the Titans which gifted them 3 turnovers and a blocked punt for a score. Had this been Houston, they would have gotten massacred. They still probably will in any event next week.

  20. chucky's avatar chucky Says:

John, if they had played the Panthers today they’d have gotten massacred. Truth be told, they STILL had no business winning this game.

I’ll chalk up the poor offensive showing by Caleb Williams, to a rookie playing an all-first string NFL defense of a potential playoff team. He just needs to adjust to the speed of the NFL game. I still have faith, but then again, I’ve always been a calmer voice on this page, lol.

Defense took a moment(half) to gel but when they did, the second half was a shutout. They’re going to do well this year.

Velus Jones can’t catch, but he’s fast and he can carry. Keep him doing that, the speed is nice.

A win is a win. Bear down!

A shout out to my NIU Huskies for taking it to Notre Dame for one of their greatest regular season wins of all time!

SHOW DA FIRE AND PASSION, MY FRENDT!
