With what happened today with this franchise, can this accelerate a sale of the team?

by

I am not going to comment on how Virginia ran the team. So with that, it becomes a simple question of “will this team ever be sold?” With Virginia no longer here, I don’t know how the team board of directors finds the next owner. Maybe George is appointed? And if so, will he want to sell the team?

Let’s be real: The Bears still don’t give me any confidence. The reincarnation of Ted Phillips and Ryan Poles are still here. A sale to someone who knows what they are doing will put this team in a better position to contend. The new owner will do what we all have been wanting for years: To clean house completely.

There has never been a better time to finally sell this team.

Since I have absolutely nothing good to say about this woman, I am not going to comment on her death. Out of respect to my fellow posters, and in my desire to not offend any of them, I think it’s best that I just keep my opinions and thoughts to myself.

Now, as for the idea of this situation perhaps leading to selling the team, all I’ll say is I’ll believe it when I see it.
