Bears vs. Vikings thread

Here we are. Another season is about to begin. Unlike in past years, I’ve been more anxious to get this season going. Just praying that this time, it will be different.

I will be at the game tonight. Recap to follow by the morning.

    I hope things have changed but , a big but , Poles is still here and has done nothing to warrant the extension he got , typical Bears operations , so I’m not getting sucked in to believing things have really changed until the wins start piling up ! Fro dog , I hope you see a Bears victory !

    I’ll be goddamned if I’m going to emotionally invest in this fucking iconic trainwreck of an organization. Not until they prove themselves worthy. I’ve been burned way too many times in the past.

    By the way, were you at Smackdown last Friday? That reaction to AJ Lee was insane. I’m sure that place needs a new roof because they blew the old one clean off!

    Same shit, different day. It’s the same motherfucking bullshit. It almost looks like a bad acid trip. It’s looks like the goddamn McCaskey Crime Family calling the plays from their luxury sky box. Fucking assholes!!!!!!!

    Reasons I’m not upset about this loss:

    1. They did not give up

    2. Defenses dominate early in the season

    3. Vikings have a great defense

    4. Bears have a rookie head coach

    5. Injuries to key players

    Things that need fixing:

    1. Tyrique Stevenson needs to play more disciplined

    2. Caleb Williams still needs work on his progressions, though pass release time is lower.

    3. I feel the defense went into a little bit of a prevent early in the 3rd quarter, it’s like they didn’t try to tighten up until the ball crossed midfield.

    It’s gonna be rough early, fellow Bears fans. But we have a coach with accountability now. Ben has been very open on how the offense isn’t quite where he wants it.

    The faces change but the results are always the same , losing ! TIhe McCaskey curse is still here and unless new owners take over we will NEVER see a winning team , I got sucked in again but that’s it I’m finished with this so called pro-team !! F the McCaskey Bears !!
