Two months to go.

by

It is August 1st. The Cubs are five games up in the National League Central. These are the Cubs were are talking about so we cannot get too pumped up but it is hard not to. The Pirates are in town for three. Anything less than two of three will be a dissapointment.

    Hey FroDogs… DOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!

Yeah yeah… we still need to move a bunch of the oldies over here, but I like the “hirejimessian” format. It may never exceed the original, but the sequel you have created may equal that of fdb.com. Good luck on your site and hopefully you can attract some advertisers (sell out to Wrigley gum perhaps?) to help defer the 14.99 a month charge.

Good luck, go Cubs, and may the forces of evil become confused on the way to your home. (Carlin quote)

I’ll be stalking this website as much as the original. That dude (Bobbyd) does not treat “fdb.com” fans very well, and its a damn shame.

Are we allowed to swear on your site? “FUCK”

    We’ll see. Later dude.

As good as I feel about a 5 game lead, we do have to remember it is the Cubs and also that they had just recently lost 6 games on the Brewers in just 10 games-so this shit is not done. Still, I feel the Cubs have the Brewers number. Hopefully the Cardinals will realize they aren’t good enough and go away. If the WC comes from the Central, would much rather have the Brewers than the Cards get in-if we are fortunate enough to win the division.

Thanks for doing this FroDogs, let’s see how true “if you build it, they will come” really is…

I want to be the first to post this, dedicated to the Chicago Tribune and “sheeple fans”:

    baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    100 years.

    tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…tick tock…

    barf.

    PATHETIC.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

The Cubs will need to get hot in August with all the home games and build a favorable lead because with only 9 home games in September, they are going to need all the wiggle room that they can get. I hope the four game sweep in Milwaukee will turn their road fortunes around.

I am confident with a rotation of Z/Harden/Dempster/Lilly to put up alot of wins. This is a much better rotation to go into the playoffs with than last season.

SHOW DA FIRE AND PASSION, MY FRENDT!
