I stand corrected: “piece of crap” is way off…”flaming piece of shit” is more accurate.
Hendry should have already been fired for signing Bradley in the 1st place…with all his bonehead moves–including keeping Dusty around for too long–that was his biggest mistake and a costly one no matter how you look at it.
Hendry is a loser…no wonder he ended up with the Cubs. As for me, I’m sick and tired of losing…if the Cubs are not playing well and not in contention at the all-star break, I hope that Ricketts will show Hendry the door at that time. And, if the Cubs are fortunate….or lucky enough to make the post season…but then are eliminated without putting up a fight/winning a game (as in the last two post season appearances), then Hendry should be flushed at that time.
(uh oh, another ever optimistic Cub fan, dreaming of a postseason appearance and a World Series title, after 102 years of LOSING)…
