    Tom Ricketts has been absolutely BBQed (justified too) the last couple of days. To me, he has proven to be the typical idiot sheeple fan. He has no clue as to what ownership means. His latest effort to get money from the state to fix up and upgrade that goddamn dump is the last straw for me. Right now, he has exceeded the strike total allowed by a no-nothing schmuck like me.

    1. Has not shit-canned Moe Hendry.

    2. Has not shit-canned Clown Kenney.

    3. Allowed one too many margaritas for Lou Piniella in the dugout.

    4. Too many dumb ass statues around the park.

    5. Now he’s trying to sponge off the taxpayers to repair a stadium that should have plowed over 25 years ago.

    Fuck you Ricketts. Turn this over to somebody who knows his ass from 3rd base. Quite obviously, you sure as hell don’t.

    I agree chucky. I’m starting to think that the uber-rich gradually lose touch with reality…or at least the reality of “the common man”. Ricketts is proving himself to be the type of fan that we have been railing against on this site since it’s inception. Just another sheeple idiot.

    I may end up hating the Cubs if he doesn’t wake up soon….what a PATHETIC owner. I hope the state of Illinois says “NO”.

    There is nothing humorous about the situation, not if you grew up rooting for the Cubs.

    MLB is close to adding 2 extra teams for the playoffs starting in October of 2012. No way Ricketts and the boys could screw up that chance. Wait…They can.
