Back in town.

I arrived back late Tuesday night. Wrestlemania was a blast. I met up with some friends there and met new ones as well. I even had a chance to hang out with Vince Russo (yes, that Vince Russo) and talked wrestling with him.

A special thanks goes out Peter and Trisha at Rookies in San Jose for hosting us. In addition, I want to say thanks to our friends, Justin LaBar, Josh Isenberg and Brian Gulish at for organizing the whole thing and getting Vince Russo to come by. It was a lot of fun.

Also, a shoutout go out to my guys, Ethian and Jean Francouis from Montreal. J.F and I met last year at Wrestlezone’s party in New Orleans.

I have a million things to catch up on at home. I have a thing to write about in the next day or two that includes an article as to why the Bears decided to be fucking idiots by signing a rapist in Ray McDonald. The Chicago Bears: One step forward, two steps back.

Until then, here are some photos from the weekend. Click to enlarge.

Cool pictures. I know they have done it before but I still can’t believe they had WM outdoors. They plan it over a year in advance. What if had been a severe thunderstorm? Then what… rain delay? Move it to Monday? Let millions of dollars in equipment get rained on and go on with the show?

Good question. Luckily, I don’t think it ever rains (well, not as much as here) in San Francisco. I think they had the same wonder when they had Wrestlemania at the new Meadowlands two years ago. It ended up being around 55 degrees or so and clear.

They have the canopy over the ring and I would assume the lights along with the other equipment are water proof.

Also, bravo to the Bulls for losing to yet, another sub-.500 team. The Milwaukee Bucks took care of business. The Bulls missed 13 free throws and had 22 turnovers.

Will this season please end soon? I am waiting patiently for the end of the first round.
