Suck our footballs, Goodell.

This is great. Tom Brady has won his appeal against known scumbag and NFL commissioner, Roger Goodell. Whether you like Tom Brady or you don’t, it must have felt great to see Goodell lose this fight. It doesn’t change the fact that the owners will still keep this ass licker around, but it is a small victory for us fans who still love this game, despite the fact that it has been watered down with rule changes.

Good for Tom Brady. I admit to being a fan of him, but as I said above, whether or not you rooted for him, a majority of fans wanted Goodell to lose. And he did.

Fuck Roger Goodell. And fuck the owners for keeping this moron around.

    Hey Fro!
Patriot fan since 1964. Love the decision, and agree Goodell needs to be given the boot!

Why, in your opinion, are the owners in love with this guy? He doesn’t do anything positive for the game or the league. I don’t get it.

Ernie! Holy crap. Where have you been all this time? I am praying you are doing well out there in L.A.

I took my first trip to California (San Francisco) back in March. It was a good time. I took an airplane for the first time after driving to Denver on the way there.

As far as my opinion, this is actually more of a fact on why the owners love this fart box of a commissioner. Goodell gets owners paid even more money by arranging TV deals and advertising. In every major sport, the owners each pay the commissioner a share of their earnings. TV deals get each team a piece of the pie. Likewise for advertising.

The owners can vote to remove Goodell. I don’t know the exact rules or number. I would assume at least, 25 out of the 32 owners must vote for it, maybe even all 32.

So, in short, Goodell makes the owners billions of dollars and in return, the NFL profits just as much. And with that, last year, Goodell’s salary was $44 million.

From what I hear, Shitstain Goodell is appealing the decision. If the appeal is held up, Brady could end serving the suspension…….NEXT FUCKING YEAR!

Goodell doesn’t have the sense that GAWD gave a sack of doorknobs. Just give it up you goddamned moron. You aren’t going to win this.

    Roger Goodell…an utter shit-stain. BARF.

I couldn’t be happier with the decision and I couldn’t agree more with your post, Fro.

Thanks, Fro. I knew it had to be money, I just didn’t know how it worked.

As long as he can enrichen these owners his job is secure.

Thanks for the kind words. I have been distracted with other things, but have looked in from time to time. Since the Cubs have stunk up the joint for the past several years, I hadn’t much to say … until now. 🙂
