Congratulations to Joe Maddon (NL Manager of the Year), Jake Arrieta (NL Cy Young) and Kris Bryant (NL Rookie of the Year).
I bet all would have preferred a Cubs World Series title, but the future is looking brighter for the Cubs.

I tell say this genre, I’ll certainly take this as a consolation prize since they didn’t get the World Series. I’m very, very happy for all three. All of them are very deserving of these awards. But I do have some questions for some people that I would call criminally stupid.
1) Does anybody else still want to bitch about not having Kris Bryant on the opening day roster? Seems to me that those 8 days he missed at the start of the year didn’t really hurt his performance all that much.
2) Any of you dumb fucking dildos still pissed off that they dumped “Ricky” Diarrhea and hired Joe Maddon? First year out of the gate and the Cubs win 97 games, an improvement of 24 fucking games, and Maddon nets his 3rd career manager of the year award on top of it.
Seriously, and I know nobody here was guilty of being a member of the stupid fucking bastard Chicago Cubs idiot fanclub, but do any of you stupid dumb fucking morons regret sounding like complete goddamned asshats?
No, I didn’t you would.
