I wonder if the Illini’s new AD realizes how much of the Chicago-based U of I fandom he just alienated. Can the powers that be at U of I be that far out of touch? Lovie made the playoffs only three out of his nine seasons in Chicago, had a string of worthless OCs, was the butt of jokes at his post game pressers, and not even Jameis Wnston could keep him from getting fired at Tampa.

Has being the football coach at Illinois become that toxic, that this was the best they could do?

  2. chucky Says:

Goddamn, the more things change, the more they stay the same. Did you guys hear that fucking press conference? That son of a bitch is still the most self serving prick in football, college or pro. I didn’t think I could hate that motherfucker any more than I did, but he just made me want to………….I can’t say it here.

You know what REALLY sucks about all this? Dan fucking Bernstein said it was good hire. He made a complete fucking jackass out of himself in the process. And of course Boers goes along with him. And now Lawrence Holmes is spooging all over himself about it. HE THINKS IT’S GREAT!!!! WHAT THE FUCK????? Didn’t these cocksuckers see what he did to the fucking Bears? Winning eight games in one year generally gets you nowhere in the NFL That’s all that chinscar piece of goddamned shit could muster in two fucking years in Tampa Bay! Tampa saw how much he sucked, so they cut their loses and shitcanned the asshole. The only reason he lasted 9 years in Chicago is because of THE OLD BITCH was madly in love with the idiot.

You know what Fro? If we are successful in getting Paxson and Forman shitcanned, you may need to bring “Fire Lovie Smith” out of mothballs. I’m not the biggest fan of Illini football, but this is the dumbest fucking move they could have made. I guarantee that Josh Shitman made the mistake of a lifetime, and it will cost that stupid fucking retard his job. Way to go you goddamned douche bucket.

College football is where mediocre coaches go to have success. Nick Saban was a shit NFL coach and has good success in college. Chances are once Chip Kelly trades away the 49ers and gets fired again his bum ass will go back to college. Lovie sucks too much to have any success in the NFL.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA………………………………….barf.

  5. chucky Says:

Goddamnit, I hate that grinning mug of his! It just makes me want to leave him bleeding in the moonlight.

Of course, that’s after I’ve disemboweled him with a wooden cooking spoon.

  6. genrebuster Says:

    “bleeding in the moonlight”…..so poetic.

  7. chucky Says:

Well, that’s George Carlin. None of my shit is original.

  8. Fro Dog Says:

I think you are an insane individual.

That being said, I am glad we aren’t on your bad side. I wonder how many people’s arms you’ve sawed off up there.

  9. genrebuster Says:

    The GREAT Carlin!

  10. chucky Says:

Fro……the answer is 27, along with 13 legs

Please don’t tell anybody that I’m insane. No one will believe it.

  11. Fro Dog Says:

    ANGRY.

  12. chucky Says:

It’s more of a hobby than anything else.

  13. Fro Dog Says:

Anybody have thoughts of the Bears getting Danny Trevathan and Bobbie Massie? Massie is a great pickup because now, Kyle Long can go back to being a guard. Having Long move to tackle was a dumbass decision by the coaches.

If the Bears are done with free agent signings, it’s time they focus on having a successful draft all the way through for a change. I am tired of seeing these fucking busts every year. I get that there are busts on every team, but the Bears must lead the league in having the most (especially in early rounds) over the course of the last 20 years.

  14. chucky Says:

Well, speaking of busts, I heard that signing Trevathan and Massie could spell the end of Shea McClellin. So those signings can’t be all bad.

  15. Fro Dog Says:

McClellin is a free agent, so they don’t have to worry about salary with him. I know the defense was awful all of his years with the Bears, but he just couldn’t excel in any position they put him in. I said this two years ago but the Bears were running out of positions for him to move to. You can make the argument he was a bust but at the same time, when everyone else around him sucked, it was hard to get an idea of what player he could have been. I doubt he will re-signed but if so, it would only be as a backup.

Reports say that former tight end for the Cardinals, Jermaine Gresham along with Akiem Hicks, who was a defensive lineman for the Patriots, are coming to visit the Bears. That would be four really good free agents that the Bears get.

I have said that it’s tough building a winning team just through free agency. In any sport, drafting is the part that is going to make a team a contender for years to come. We all know that the Bears have a history of spending a lot of money but in the wrong places. I just pray that these ones don’t end up being busts.

  16. chucky Says:

That’s good for the Bears. Maybe that’s why I heard that it could be the end of him stinking up the field while he’s playing. Now they don’t need to worry about signing him. My question is this: Will another team take out a flyer on him?

    I wouldn’t.

  17. Fro Dog Says:

I am sure there will be a team that takes him. I don’t know if it will be soon but at least before the season starts. Injuries are all over the league, so teams will be finding players with experience rather than someone undrafted. He won’t make as much though. Like I said, if the Bears bring him back as a backup or for special teams, I can deal with that. If not, no big deal. But a team will take him.

The Bears brought an inside linebacker from Alabama named Reggie Ragland for a private workout today. The last linebacker to come out of the SEC to be drafted by the Bears was a disaster (Jon Bostic), so I am praying this regime is very careful.

I feel like a broken record these last few years with what I am about to say next, but they need to focus heavily on the defense this year in the draft. The offense should be fine. These six or seven picks should be solely on the defense.

  18. chucky Says:

The way I see it, the shitty defense can be blamed on four people. Asshole Lovie Smith and Jerry Angelo, for trying to “get one more year” out of an aging and at best creaky defense, and Dr. Death, Marc Trestman and mega dork Phil Emery, for completely ignoring it during their reign of error. It took a good four to five years to get to this point. Ryan Pace and John Fox can’t fix in only one.

And for the record, I still want to kick Josh Shitman right in the fuckin balls for bringing that chinscar cocksucker back to the state of Illinois. In my book, that qualifies as a crime against humanity, and he should be properly punished.

SHOW DA FIRE AND PASSION, MY FRENDT!
