Hey, Ryan Pace: Go fuck yourself. – Sincerely, Bears fans.

by

After hearing that Brian Hoyer was going to San Francisco to continue his shitty NFL career, Bears General Manager Ryan Pace decided he wanted an even shittier quarterback on the team to start. Now, Mike Glennon is all but signed to the Bears and for a ridiculous amount of money.

Third overall pick? Nope. That’s apparently not enough motivation to draft a quarterback who could possibly be the starter for the next 10-15 years. Don’t even think about it, Bears nation. Why? Because this organization doesn’t believe that teams get built through the draft. It’s spend money on free agents who are either young and shitty or old and shitty. And they are dishing out the money like nothing. Well, I guess that’s what happens when they continue to raise ticket prices. It’s more money for these overpaid pieces of shit.

No, I am not overreacting. I feel the Bears should get either DeShaun Watson or DeShone Kizer to be the starter. Will they be awesome? I have no idea. But, anyone is better than Mike Glennon or even the departed (and shitty) Brian Hoyer. Getting Watson or Kizer would cost the Bears a tenth of what Glennon would and have way more potential.

The Bears will have high draft picks for the next two years and here they are, throwing money away on free agents when they could be drafting franchise players. What happens if those players turn out to be pretty fucking good? Oops. All that money that would be needed to re-sign these good players was wasted on shitty free agents the year(s) before.

Mike Glennon fucking sucks. He couldn’t do shit in Tampa Bay and now, Ryan Pace thinks he can start? The Bears are better off going back to Cutler and Connor Shaw for another year if they aren’t going to draft a quarterback.

With this move, it doesn’t appear the Bears are going to draft a quarterback.

This is the most embarrassing franchise in the NFL. And need I remind you, the 49ers just signed Brian Fucking Hoyer. You would think they have that title of most embarrassing. Nope. The Bears hold that title and they hold it proudly.

The circus of suck continues at Halas Hall. Ryan Pace has no idea what the fuck he is doing.

    Lol… I told you baby..

  2. Keith Morrison Says:

I agree with you, Pace is a big Idiot.

  3. dvxprime Says:

Just add Ryan Pace’s name to the masthead, Fro.

    Goddamn stupid assed motherfuckers.

  4. Fro Dog Says:

THREE YEARS AND $45 FUCKING MILLION DOLLARS?????????

    FUCK THIS STUPID FRANCHISE.

  5. Pie in the Sky Says:

Only thing I can assume is that Pace knows this is a do-or-die year for him. So instead of putting his hopes on the next Dak Prescott rookie sensation, now Pace has to resort to whatever veteran rubbish is available on the FA market. And he apparently prefers Glennon over Cutler.

Or he’s just mental. Like, holy shit fucking mental.

  6. Fro Dog Says:

I would assume a normal and logic general manager would be better off drafting a quarterback rather than going to a known failure in the NFL.

He’s “holy shit fucking mental” as you aptly put it. If the last few home games were any inidication, I expect Soldier Field to be half full at the start of the season.

  7. Fro Dog Says:

Hey, Pace isn’t done yet. I just read he signed former Texan safety Quentin Demps to a three year, $15 million deal.

That is Quentin Demps, who is 32 years old. They gave $15 million to a safety who is past his prime.

    Let the stupid continue!

  8. dvxprime Says:

…and thank you for adding his name to the masthead, Fro Dog!

  9. Fro Dog Says:

Of course my man. I listen to my readers!

The only reason I’m not angry is Glennon is better than Jay cutler. I’d rather see what he’s got then see another shitty year of cutler. Hopefully with the 3rd pick we get either Watson or trubisky. I have read that signing Glennon won’t deter the bears from drafting a qb high. I cannot believe we let Jeffrey leave. How could we not beat the Eagles offer? We actually draft a good player for once then allow him to leave in free agency? How can you allow him to leave with no other number 1 receiver on the roster? What a joke. We have so much salary cap room. Plus we couldn’t even get a corner to come either. I hope he knocks it out of the park in the draft because if not we are in big trouble.

  11. Fro Dog Says:

I don’t know Glennon is better than Cutler. I would have been fine with just Connor Shaw on the roster or both him and Cutler. I get this idea that the Bears aren’t going to draft a quarterback now. That’s just what I think. They’re dumb enough not to.

Jeffrey wanted to leave. He took less money to go to the Eagles because he sees how shitty this franchise is. Yes, he couldn’t stay healthy and made a stupid decision taking a banned substance. That pissed me off. The way I see it, he couldn’t stay healthy.

  12. Cbears523 Says:

We know what we have with cutler but Glennon is an unknown. I’d rather see what hes got. I think the bears are taking a qb this year but maybe not with the top pick. I’ll be OK if they pick a corner or safety there. Jeffrey should have been tagged again. 17 mil for a 1 year loan is worth it. We have tons of cap room and we arent gunna spend it all this year anyways. Mise of well use it. I get he had injury concerns but he is a legit number 1 wr. Easily the best receiver on the roster. We took a step back in the receiver department

    Masthead 1 – Bears 0

  14. Dave Says:

The Score said only $16M is guaranteed money for this year. The deal is front-loaded and the $45M is only what Glennon’s agent reported to the media to make himself and Glennon look good. Lets see what the guy can do, I’m pretty sure the Bears will draft a QB this year too.

There is a lot of Cutler I will miss, and some I won’t. The turnovers were bad, but there were plenty of highlight reel plays that mad you think “wow, did he just fucking do that?!” Of course those tall receivers helped out in that department. I still say, put Cutty behind the offensive line the Dallas Cowboys had and he will put on a clinic and possibly win them a Superbowl, but it looks like if he is going anywhere but retirement, it will be the Jets or Dolphins.

Otherwise, may the Hawks win a 4th Stanley cup in 8 years, right on the heels of our Cubs WS title. May Chicago be a baseball/hockey town for a while.

    This. Good Lord help us…this:

    http://www.si.com/nfl/2017/03/09/nfl-free-agency-2017-grades

If I’m George McCaskey and I’m reading this, I am charging into Ryan Pace’s office and asking him what the absolute fuck is he doing?

The bears aren’t broke and they’ve made good and bad free agent deals like the other 31 football teams; why are we being outspent and out signed by crap franchises like Jacksonville, Cleveland and San Francisco? Free agency may be insanity come to life, and there are no guarantees, but come on! Look at that list; the bears weren’t ready to make deals with all the holes they have on their roster? Dafuck???

  16. dvxprime Says:

This is one of those times that I am glad I never invested in a Personal Seat License or season tickets for any team. The Bears ended last season with one of the three worst rosters in the NFL and it’s only gotten worse. No proven QB (sorry, Glennon, you don’t count), no wideouts to speak of (and our best one just walked), getting out signed by Jacksonville and San Francisco in the free agent market, and a braintrust that can’t draft players to save their soul.

Bears fans should be seriously thinking BOYCOTT by now…or at least planning to call it a season after September.

  17. dvxprime Says:

“The Blackhawks scored 2 goals in the 1st 4:38 of game time Sunday

It took the Bulls 5:55 to score their first 2 points against the Celtics.”

    Oh, yeah…fuck the Bulls.

  18. Fro Dog Says:

They also scored those two goals on their first two shots. The Wild made it interesting later on, but the Blackhawks put their foots on the Wild’s throats later on. Crawford was outstanding as well.

The Bulls are a fucking tire fire. If today’s game doesn’t get Hoiberg fired, I don’t know what will. Fred is a nice guy and all, but he can’t coach in the NBA. He’s better off in college.

  19. Rob San Says:

I admit I was a Pace supporter. But after he passed on Dak Prescott 4 times (3 picks he made, and one he threw away to draft Floyd) I started to worry.

After he refused to fire John Fox I worried even more.

Now, I’ve seen his free agent class, and I am sick.

Each year, I make the trip back to Chicago to catch at least 1 game at Soldier Field. I figure the whole trip costs me about $1500. I also got the NFL Sunday Ticket package, and send about another $500 or so on Bears gear. My girl keeps asking me why I am still loyal to a team that shows so little concern about actually – you know – WINNING?

No more. This year my gf will be happy – we’re going to Tahiti for a week. I’ll be back once Pace is gone, or maybe not. He might have made a “free radio broadcast” fan out of a fanatic. Either way, the Bears won’t care.

SHOW DA FIRE AND PASSION, MY FRENDT!
