Unbelievable. I can understand fans of other teams being frustrated, but I’ll take it. With 12 games to go in the regular season, the Blackhawks were six points out. Certainly, they weren’t consistent the entire year to put together a long winning streak to make a push. Regardless, I’ll take it.
They would face the Edmonton Oilers in a five-game “play-in” series. And need I remind you, I’ll gladly take it.
Anything is possible.

Fro Dog,
First off, I apologize about posting all those videos about the so-called experts picking the Bears to be competitive in whatever football season is coming. My point was, there is so much bullshit going around in the sports media, with the distinct lack of live action sports, that people will grab anything that gets some screen time.
Put it this way: I love me some Colin Cowherd, but I have not tuned in to his show in the two months that I have been working from home…because, what’s the point. Then he goes and pulls off some BS interview with our buddy Matt Nagy.
But we all know better.
As for the Black Hawks? One hot goalie and a bunch of guys basically playing for house money…that’s all you really need (see: 1980-81 Hawks vs. top seeded Minnestoat North Stars).
