What a horrendous fucking game. How much worse could this have been if the Bears played a better team? The Lions shot themselves in the foot several times and the Bears barely escaped this. The defense was fucking awful the entire game.
And even worse, David Montgomery is probably out for the season with a torn ACL. The Bears were FINALLY running the ball consistently and this happens. Just awful. He’s one of the few likeable players on the team.
Offense: Okay, fuck Matt Nagy. 2nd and short before halftime and a pass play that gets tipped for an interception happens. What was wrong with running the ball to get the first down? As far as Justin Fields is concerned, it’s a very bad sign when he’s already fumbled the ball several times this year for turnovers or huge losses. I have zero faith in any of these coaches to teach him to hold the ball close when on the running. And even when he’s in the pocket, any type of hit and the ball is out of his fans. This is a huge red flag.
I can’t complain about Darnell Mooney. He made some big catches today. Allen Robinson did the same.
Defense: Did I mention they were awful the entire game? They let the Lions get in the red zone three straight possessions to start the game. And thankfully, a botched snap, a turnover on downs and a fumble all happened and the Bears dodged that. If another team is doing that, those are all scoring plays. Thankfully, Lions’ head coach Dan Campbell is just as stupid as Matt Nagy.
Cover your receivers. Such an easy concept and yet, so difficult to comprehend. We saw it all day with the Bears. Blown coverages and just wandering around clueless is what this defense does. I don’t care how many times Jared Goff was sacked. The secondary for this team isn’t even qualified to work at a Taco Bell. COVER YOUR FUCKING RECEIVERS YOU WORTHLESS FUCKS.

I’m sorry, but Fields just isn’t ready for primetime yet. He needs to be the number 3, behind the two guys I’m not fond of, Dalton, and Foles. I know Bears fans have been saying he should start, he’s our Patrick Mahomes. NO, GODDAMNIT, HE ISN’T! Riddle me this Batman: If he’s such a great and coveted QB, why was he drafted 11th? The first three picks in the 1st round were quarterbacks, for fucks sake! Will Fields be any good? Who knows? But I’ll tell you this much: Fields right now isn’t good enough, but he NEVER will get to be any good with this horseshit coaching staff. And he never will be! Right now Fields needs to be on the fucking bench, just learning how to play in the NFL. By the way Fro, Hampton and OB are saying Lazor was the play caller today, not Nagy. It did seem that way. They looked a little better from last weeks debacle.

It’s quite a rarity when we talk about the offense picks up the defense in a game. That was today. The Bears actually looked competent on offense. The “strength” of this team was horseshit. It’s unfortunate these players can’t lose pay for being shitty.

Fro Dog , did you hear Nagy in the post game question and answer, what a dumb Fuck ! Nagy takes credit for anything positive and when it’s the opposite he blames everyone but himself! The Lions should have won that game and would have if not for their head coach who is even worse than Nagy, my prediction for the season 4-13 Dumb Bears!

Anyone see the McDonald’s commercial with Nagy that airs here in Chicagoland? He’s rallying up management to go find employees and offer them benefits and paid tuition for college. If anything, he should be the first in line to apply and get hired. But as it should, let us know which McDonald’s it is so we can avoid that one.

Fro, I was wondering, when Pace and Nagy are dismissed in January, who will be our next target? I’m thinking David Ross and Jed Clampett, but that’s just me. Maybe Jeremy Colliton? I’m not so sure about him. I like Billy Hamilton…..for now. Any ideas yet?

Call me crazy, but I actually think George would definitely consider hiring Lovie Smith back. I thought about that the other day. Obviously, that would be really stupid and that’s why I think George would actually do it. He wants to win, but doesn’t know how.
