The arrest of Dan Hampton supposedly took place the night before the Bears pissed themselves against the Ravens. Even he knew it was going to happen and this is the result.

    Just now saw this…

NOT his first time. Most ’85 Bears players and coaches are divorced like Dan. A hard group to live with apparently.

Fro, it seems that this is a problem with him. This is number four. I’ve been there myself. I’ve had two. For me, it’ll never happen again. My last one was 1990. I quit drinking 30 years ago, because I don’t want to go to jail, or worse, kill someone. It’s not fucking worth it to me. Hampton needs to wake the hell up and realize that he could lose everything if he keeps doing this shit. This isn’t funny. It’s life or death, and I hope Hampton starts to realize this. You can still be wild and crazy and have fun without putting yourself or other people at risk. It’s not like he’s broke. Hire a damn limousine or something, damnit!

I’m with you there. The guy does the post game show for WGN. I’m certain they’re paying him a pretty good living wage. Pay $50 for a ride or whatever. It’s better than the thousands he’s going to pay plus the chance at a suspension.

I’m very sorry to hear about what happened to him. Unfortunately, if you drive under the influence, that’s what happens. It’s too dangerous to allow that. Losing a license and loads of fines are certainly bad, but at least he was caught before he might have potentially killed someone, or himself. I hope his case turns out all right.

SHOW DA FIRE AND PASSION, MY FRENDT!
