Milton Bradley…Just when i thought the Cubs couldn’t get any more stupid…they did….I am going to love leaving posts all year long on CBS about how this team will never win everything…My personal Favorite is when one guy never fails to tell me I should kill myself because I was a pathetic fan……
You guys make a good point on Bradley. I’m not convinced he can keep it together…but he has come through before in the postseason, unlike A-Ram and SorryONo…
The lovable loser era is over, at least for me.
Maybe Bradley will get pissed off and deck Piniella if he starts managing like a sleep walker again (playoffs)…or maybe he’ll push Hendry or Zell down the stairs…that might sell some tickets.
Anybody else hear that the Padres re-signed Pussy Prior to a minor-league contract? Where is their class A club these days? A-ball is about all he can handle anymore. Think of the poor pitching coach down there doing the towel drill with him.
I read recently that the towel drill is actually a signal to aliens alerting them if it’s safe to land on earth or not. Captain Kirk would know more about this phenomena.

3 sign aaron miles
4 deal a consistent 12-15 game winner in Jason Marquis for a guy who is a complete head case
5 sign Milton Bradley
6 turn down the chance to add a bona fide stud who is the leader of a franchise Jake Peavy
Well, they re-signed Cedeno for another year at 825,000. I liked his improvement last year, and he was well deserving of that salary if not a little more. Say what you want about him, but he came through in the clutch last year, especially with that one grand slam in April.
