Hendry: 1 + 1 = 3!
Angelo: The sky is green!
McCaskey: I love the Easter bunny!
Lovie: I want to be like Dusty!
Ricketts: Hendry has done a great job back-loading contracts…we’ll keep him!
WELCOME to Chicago — the center of idiot owners & management in the professional sports universe!!!!!!!!!!!

Well someone is anxious to get started on baseball season. Carlos Zambrano is in better shape and has already reported to Mesa to get a head start on training. Maybe a silver lining in the black clouds that shroud this team. Well I’m happy to see his motivation, its about fucking time. Maybe that will translate into a better performance? Nah….maybe?

how do you make this up and it explains a lot
As if Jim Hendry didn’t have enough problems this winter, it recently was revealed former Gov. Rod Blagojevich said he missed dispensing advice to his old pal, the Cubs general manager.

FIRE JIM HENDRY.
GAG BLAGO AND LOCK HIM IN A TOILET STALL.
CONGRATULATIONS to the New Orleans Saints, the city of New Orleans and their fans!

Genre,
That was a good Super Bowl. Manning didn’t struggle that much until the last two drives but Saints were just flat out a better team on both sides of the ball. It kind of makes me wish our beloved Bears were half as good. Or is it “half ass good”?
Ah fuck it. We all have beaten a dead horse with this crap. Chicago is as you said the idiot sports capital of the world.

Congratulations New Orleans-well deserved.

Fro, Yes, I really enjoyed that game. I watched most of the game on a friend’s BIG projection screen tv….first time for me. Amazing what you can see vs. a conventional tv…(even more amazing that it was my first Super Bowl projection tv experience…HA HA).
Both teams played really well…in the end the Saints were relentless. They were united in their desire to win one for the city of New Orleans. I was happy to see that happen, even though I have a great deal of respect for Manning and the Colts organization.
That onside kick to open the 2nd half was a ballsy move, a key moment IMOP…did Ron Turner design that play?

him terry shea and john shoop desinged that play
February 8, 2010 at 4:59 pm
Turner DID NOT design that play.
Why you ask?
Because that play actually worked.
