  1. Fro Dog Says:

Nice to see the Bulls play like their usual selves against the Toronto Fucking Raptors. They miss seven free throws in the game. The Raptors miss two the entire game and are perfect from the charity stripe the entire second half. Someone get Irish Yeti over here to defend that argument.

  2. genrebuster Says:

The original/authentic “Irish Yeti” please…not “Yeti”.

Hey, have the Cubs won the World Series yet…………………………. zzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  3. ksmc2000 Says:

    Fro,

I heard you talking wrestling on the score with Matt Abatacola on Monday night. You were treading in dangerous waters with Matty. He has a very low level of tolerence for the callers. I’ve heard Matty have a complete meltdown on the air over something stupid.

  4. Fro Dog Says:

    Keith,

He does have a low tolerance but it seems to be fine with me every time I call. That night I called him, he was receiving texts from many saying he was an idiot for talking wrestling every now and then on the radio.

Many years back, The Score had a show where a lot of long time “Score heads” were invited. I attended that show as well and he was really cool with a bunch of us and he became one of the few people I can actually enjoy listening to on the radio.

  5. The Ghost of Irish Yeti Says:

    You guys are dumb.

Kevin Gregg was a serviceable pitcher. So was Latroy Hawkins.

I would show you all that both of those pitchers were not as bad as you all think, but someone took my calculator.

    Good day.

  6. chucky Says:

Was Antonio Alfonseca a “serviceable pitcher” too? And the real Irish Yeti would not let anyone take his calculator. Somebody would have shoved it up his ass instead.

  7. Yeti Says:

When the Bulls play a good team they lose and they lose horribly right?

  8. chucky Says:

“The Chicago Bears have signed head coach Lovie Smith to a two-year contract extension, the team has announced.”

That’s it. I’m officially done with this team. Nobody in that half-assed organization knows their ass from 3rd base. Shit, maybe I’ll start being a Packer fan. I don’t know, but this much is certain: I’ll be cheering for the Bears to lose every goddamn game that they play until this entire fucking regime of the McCaskeys, Angelo, Phillips, and Smith are gone. And that delusional old bitch will NEVER give up this team until she’s in her fucking grave.

    Un-fucking-believable!!! Fuck this goddamn team!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. Fro Dog Says:

    Yeti,

While you can say the Bulls beat teams like the Spurs and Heat, they also lost to teams like the Sixers, Bobcats (twice), Nets, Clippers and Raptors. Don’t pull up the garbage that the Lakers lost to the horrible Cavaliers. The Lakers so far this season have lost one bad game all year. The Bulls have lost at least six games to some awful teams.

Are you on of these dip shits that stopped watching the NBA after Jordan retired? If so, I recommend you stop watching basketball. You clearly know little about what you argue in every sport might I add.

    Chucky,

I feel your pain on this one. You know what’s bullshit the most out of this whole thing? The Bears announced that they are raising ticket prices in every price bracket. How stupid is this organization? I can understand increases if they actually won the Super Bowl. However, when a franchise has been unsuccessful for over two decades, we as fans have every right to question their decisions both with the cost of attending the games and the decisions made within the team.

I already ranted about Virginia McCaskey after the Bears were knocked out last month. The thing that sucks the most is that she may live to be 200.

  10. chucky Says:

I saw that about the ticket prices, Fro. When I sawit, I just thought ‘WOW!”. That took some nerve. Pretty fucking arrogant.

Why do I have a feeling that that old bitch will live until someone comes along with a mallet and a real sharp wooden stake? I’ll bet she doesn’t cast a reflection in the mirror too.

  11. Yeti Says:

I’m awful at arguing about sports? I took a direct quote from you and then when I point it out to you, and how it was incorrect, you try to change what you meant..

However, you say that the Lakers have lost one bad game this year.
    Sun 28 vs Indiana L 92-95
    Tue 21 vs Milwaukee L 79-98
    Sun 16 @ LA Clippers L 92-99
    Fri 28 vs Sacramento L 95-100
    Mon 14 @ Charlotte L 89-109
    Wed 16 @ Cleveland L 99-104

These are some of the bad teams the Lakers have lost to this year. I didn’t plan on bringing it up, because unlike you I know that even good teams lose to bad teams occasionally. It happens. It’s been happening for years and years and you can’t seem to accept it. Even the Bulls in 1995-96 who were clearly a dominate and great team lost to 9 separate teams (IND twice). It happens. Don’t be such a reactionary faggot after every loss to a bad team. It happens all the time.

  12. Fro Dog Says:

“Even the Bulls in 1995-96 who were clearly a dominate and great team lost to 9 separate teams (IND twice). It happens.”

Are you saying Indiana was a bad team that year? Let me give you a taste of your own medicine on this one. The Pacers won 52 games which in the NBA is pretty damn good. You want another stat? Their first loss was to the Magic who won 60 games that year. Hold on. I have another stat. Their next loss was to Seattle. How many wins did they have? Try 64. They also lost to a 47 win Knicks team that always gave the Bulls fits in that era but I digress.

Three losses out of that entire year were bad. I can understand three bad losses by even great teams. The Lakers aren’t going far this year and neither are the Bulls.

  13. Yeti Says:

If they aren’t going far then why do you get pissed when they lose?

  14. genrebuster Says:

Because he wants them to win?……….

  15. genrebuster Says:

One more thing…Yeti, aren’t you offended by The Ghost of Irish Yeti? That last post is bordering on pathetic, isn’t it?

I suggest that he/she look in the archives for Ghost of Leo Durocher posts, that’ll learn ’em.

  16. Robert Says:

Got road warrior animals book it was awesome

  17. Robert Says:

Ps chucky we would welcome you in steeler nation

  18. chucky Says:

Thank you Robert. I may just take you up on that! I’ve always respected that organization, especially during their run in the 70’s. And yes, I’m old enough to remember it….vaguely.

  19. Fro Dog Says:

    Irish Yeti,

I want the Bulls to win as our good friend Genre pointed out. Every season, I pray that things will be better than the year before. I don’t see it this season. As I am writing this, the Bulls are playing the Bucks late in the second quarter. They have already missed half of of their free throws and have had a half of dozen turnovers.

I have tried to convince you that the Bulls aren’t as great as most people think. In order to win, they need to play a near perfect game. They need to play outstanding defense, hit their free throws and get players like Rose and Korver hot. When those things don’t occur, they lose in awful fashion. Their inability to to get rebounds on the defensive side and deficiencies to actually make free throws will come back to haunt them in the playoffs.

I still cannot figure why I continue to argue with you. Instead of bringing up stats to defend every argument you have, why don’t you actually watch the games?

  20. Guest Says:

Irish Yeti…Irish Yeti…Irish Yeti and an Irish Yeti…

    DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

  21. genrebuster Says:

    (yawn)

  22. Fro Dog Says:

    My thought exactly Genre.

It looks like a lockout is coming for the NFL. An agreement must be made by Thursday and reports say that the two sides aren’t even close. Now it’s proof that the owners are a bunch of greedy fucks. They make more money every year and they bitch because they have to give a pocket change percentage to the other owners/networks/etc.?

Give me a damn break. Most of us on this site can put all of our incomes together and it still won’t come close to what these owners are making. We all wish we could make half as much as they do.

  23. Mike D. Says:

I can notice that all of you are still having knee-jerk reactions to something as small as a single game. I look forward to all of your retarded thoughts during baseball season.

What’s fascinating is that Fro and the rest of you nimrods have lived this long without accidentally flushing yourselves down the toilet.

  24. fallscountanywhere Says:

I would really like there to be a football season…I haven’t been paying as much attention to all that bullshit as I should be, but that’s partially because it makes me angry.

And I see Chucky said “Alfonseca.” Hahahahaha I’d almost forgotten about that one.

On a semi-related note, you know who makes me sad? Jeff Samardzija. He was so good at football (again being an ND fan might not make me popular to some), then decided to play baseball. Can’t blame him for not wanting to get crushed/concussed every week, but he’s not good at baseball and it has been a huge disappointment.
He is getting paid more than I ever will though…

  25. Knee-less Nimrod Says:

Hi Mikey D! Better get your vision checked before it’s tool ate to be corrected…as not all contributors here have knee-jerk reactions to “something as small as a single game”.

Gentle reminder regarding toilets: Urine-soaked diapers are NOT to be flushed!

Have a swell day, good luck with those big boy pants and remember to always listen to your Mommy, big boy!

  26. Knee-less Nimrod Says:

    “tool ate” ….get it? Whee!!!!!!

  27. Ghost of Mike D. Says:

I want to change my name…or hide.

  28. chucky Says:

Know what I’m looking forward to Mike D(ickless)? You getting your sorry, retarded ass kicked the fuck off this site. Crawl back under your fucking rock, shit-for-brains.

  29. genrebuster Says:

    Amen.

  30. Fro Dog Says:

Sorry guys. I am a little late to the party.

    Mike D.

Let me guess. You didn’t “write” that last comment right? That’s what you have said the last couple times. You also claimed that you said it somewhere else or it sounds like something you would say.

I think you’re an immature piece of shit. What are you? 40? If that’s how 40 year old’s act, I am going to fear for myself in about 15 years. There is a better solution to all of this: Grow up. Don’t talk about me or anybody else here any place you go. Is it that hard?

You would figure that if we don’t give a damn about you, you should do the same about us. Unfortunately, your life is that boring, that you have nothing else better to do than talk about us. It wouldn’t surprise me if your wife leaves you for the kid with a lot of zits working at the nearby McDonald’s.

  31. genrebuster Says:

    Amen.

    She will.

  32. chucky Says:

Fro….Don’t worry about your age. I mean think about it. I’m 47. You have no issues with me, and vice versa. I think genre is in his forties. (Correct me if I’m wrong genre.) My guess is that MadCityMac is too. You don’t have any problems with them, right? It’s not an age thing. Mike D(ork) is just a dipshit, unlike the rest of the regulars here. He just figured out how to change his IP address so he could come back and be a douchebag. Fuck him.

  33. Fro Dog Says:

    Chucky,

It wasn’t a knock on you guys. I was basically stating that if everyone who is older than me act like that around their age, then I should be worried. None of us here have had a problem with one another. We probably have disagreed a hundred times but not once did any of us act like complete jackasses like this fellow, Mike D. Fuck him. We will all move on.

  34. chucky Says:

Indeed Fro. Fuck him. By the way, I did read your post on FCAs site. I can’t wait for the 28th. The last time I went to a WWF event it sucked, so I expect that you’ll have a better time than I did. I can’t remember who was on the card, but the main event was mid-card hell. Something like Honky Tonk Man defending the IC title. No Hogan. No Savage. Maybe the Hart foundation. I don’t remember. But I do remember it sucking goat balls. I’ll be on the lookout for the Larry Horse sign. Just hope security doesn’t take it away from you!

  35. Captain Kirk Says:

Nice to see Silva’s imitiation of Carlos Zambrano. I can’t understand why a pitcher would get so pissed off just because he has the worst defense in baseball behind him???? Castro looks like he will continue his imititation of Soriano in the field, but Soriano started his career and second, no one will accuse this phenom of being the next Ozzie Smith.

Hendry has so far had a great off-season doing nothing much to improve the aging 5th place team. Kudos to Hendry and Ricketts for giving Cub fans nothing to hope for except next year. Ricketts does expect beer sales to be at record levels which he says will be good for the bottom line. Winning is over rated beer sales are really the key to being a successful franchise owner.

I will later be publishing the Captain Kirk “Keys to the Cubs winning the World Series”

  36. genrebuster Says:

Kirk, can’t wait to read it.

At least the Cubs are consistent (wait till next year).

  37. ksmc2000 Says:

    Kirk,

Not to worry. Zambrano will be tutoring Silva with all that he learned in anger management class, problem solved. Sadly, it won’t help Silva’s pitching though. If I was GM, I’d send his sorry ass packing. The Cubs are on the hook for 6 mil of the last year of his contract. With all the off-season conditioning that most of the players did, Silva showed up as a fat fucking slob just looking to cash in on his 11.5 mil. The Milton Bradley saga continues to haunt the Cubs. Why hasn’t Hendry been fired yet?

  38. chucky Says:

Because Tom Ricketts is a retarded, dipshit, douchebag owner without a fucking clue. Or you could call it the stupid, dumbass blind leading the stupid, dumbass blind.

    That’s why.

  39. genrebuster Says:

There is no accountability with this Cubs regime. They will continue to lose, that is my prediction.

As for Silva, not so smart to show up overweight and out of shape considering his health issues last season.

It is remarkable that Hendry still has a job. Again, no accountability. Ricketts has proven himself to be the ultimate sheeple. Fitting for this PATHETIC organization that he is now the owner.

I hear that the Kraft Macaroni statue is nice, though.

    baaaaaaaaaa baaaaaaaaaaaaaaa baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I will CELEBRATE the day Hendry is shown the door. He is mediocre at best.

SHOW DA FIRE AND PASSION, MY FRENDT!
