O-line sucked when they were healthy. They’re held together now with tape and bubble gum.
Defense is getting old, and is patched together too. Urlacher may be done for the year. Roach will be at best OK in Urlachers spot, but if you have any faith at all in Geno Hayes you’re a bigger goddamned idiot than I gave you credit for.
Special teams. Devin Hester has been destoyed by Lovie Smith. He NEVER, EVER should have been put in as a WR, but the asshole with headset knew better than us. In addition to all that, they have zero roster depth. What happens when Marshall breaks a leg? Forte? Sorry, I’m not completely sold yet with Michael Bush. TE? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! That’s Lovie’s defense. He relies on them getting turnovers and not even the best of defenses can count on doing that. You have to actually stop teams in other ways (punt, turnover on downs, etc.).
I have a stat for you: After the last two losses by the Bears, this site has seen it’s traffic triple in new visitors per day. It shows that the few of us that are on this site aren’t the only ones that think Lovie is a dumbass. You are one of a finite amount that thinks the Bears and Lovie, are worth a damn. While I don’t mind the increased traffic on this site, I know that the reason behind it is because the Bears continue to have mediocre performances and they are ran by coaches who clearly, don’t know shit about what they are doing.
It tells me Yeti is grasping at straws. That one win I gave them was against the Colts you stupid bastard. They still have only one fucking win against a team above .500. Both Dallas and the Vikings are at .500. Here’s a little riddle for you numbnuts. What do the Bears, Cowboys, Vikings and Colts all have in common?
All four of those teams will be watching the Super Bowl in the comfort of their own living rooms.

I think Chucky could be wrong because there is a very good chance the Bears finish the season 8-8 by losing to Lions. It will be interesting to see Adrian Peterson ring up a few 80 yarders on the Bears prevent D.
May be you guys can put up an on-line petition for firing Lovie. I think by the end of the season, you can collect a few hundred thousand signatures and that may get the attention of Philips.

I think with a new head coach they could be decent. A coach that realizes his teams strengths and weaknesses. We need to score a lot more points lets face it. Going into the 4th quarter with a slim lead and they’re fucked. Put more urgency into scoring like new england does, no tom brady i realize but they’re way too conservative on offense, thinking their d can hold it. Understand that it’s not working lovie and maybe we can get better play out of the talent we do have.
