In all honesty, most of WGN’s news staff sucks so bad that they should be shit canned. But Skilling is such babbling idiot that it’s become damn near personal with me. I know for a fact that his whole homespun, awe shucks attitude is total bullshit. He’s an egomaniac, and so full of himself that it’s become fucking embarrassing. Remember those tornados that hit Illinois last November during the Bears/Ravens game? Guess who made a grandstanding appearance on the Sunday night news. That’s right. Tom FUCKING Skilling. The man is an absolute asshole, and his weather segments leave you wondering just what the hell the weather is going to be. He has never, ever admitted one time that he was wrong, despite the fact that’s wrong most of the time. WGN news has just become atrocious. I am not up early enough as much to see Erin McElroy and that’s all they have going for them right now. 4 a.m. news is useless and the fact that 11 of the 24 hours every weekeday, is a news telecast is awful. Think about this, if you watched just the midday, evening and nightly news, thats five hours you have to deal with Skilling.
