Chucky, have you had a chance to check out the WWE Network yet since it’s free this month? As I mentioned a while back, I subscribed to it in August. Lately, I’ve been watching the old Nitro’s that they have from 95-96. After that, I am going to check out the old Madison Square Garden shows from the early to mid 80’s.
If you have a chance, check out the Monday Night War Documentaries as well as the Rivalries one when they talk about Dusty Rhodes vs. Ric Flair. Those promos between them were golden.
In other news, SI.com has gone to shit in the last six months. First there was the ridiculous website relaunch, which featured a hot mess including confusing menus, drop-downs, and shit generally all over the place. Then, there was last month’s decision to tie in Bleacher Report to the website, adding another tab for a website that I don’t want or need. Just a few minutes ago, I clicked over for Don Banks’ NFL picks for this week, and the stupid/lazy bastard submitted picks from Week 11 OF LAST YEAR.
High school freshmen are running the world, gents…and it isn’t pretty.
Fro…..no, I haven’t checked it out yet. I’m still dealing with other issues at the moment, and they seem to occupy all of my time. Like I said before, I was looking forward to it if they were going to air some of the old AWA footage I know they have. I have heard a word about it. That’s the stuff I grew up on. Until then, I’m not going to worry about getting it.
Sounds like if you push the right buttons you can get paid to beat the shit out of Brandon Marshall. Why didnt I get on his twitter??
I trained in Boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I think I can knock whatever disorder Brandon may have right out of him.
Chucky, they have some WCCW stuff and as mentioned, the Madison Square Garden shows from the early to mid-80’s are on there. I checked ESPN Classic a while back and it appears that they stopped showing the old AWA stuff. That sucks because I enjoyed watching it late at nights before bed. Does WWE even own the AWA library? I couldn’t find anything about it.

The Bears are three point favorites over the Vikings this Sunday.

Shouldn’t Brandon Marshall be worrying about his shitty team rather than what some dumbass that cheers for the Lions says?
You cannot make this shit up.
