With the Bulls having three players out on Saturday night with the first place Hawks in town, this would have been the perfect opportunity for some players to step back. Unfortunately, the impostor for a head coach, decided that only playing eight players was a better idea. Three players (Snell, Mohammed, Bairstow) were once again, nowhere to be seen. Four of the five starters played at least 37 minutes.
With players dropping like flies, this is the best time for the three guys I mentioned above to get playing time. These guys have to play in order for the Bulls to get to where they want to go. The starters are playing way too many minutes and they are playing even more with these injuries. Why can’t ThomASS fucking realize this? There is a reason why some of the players are having nagging injuries. Gasol played 39 minutes in Saturday night’s game. His legs are going to fall off by March. Jimmy Butler is leading the NBA in minutes played. He is already showing signs of wearing down. He was playing out of his mind until the start of the new year. That is a sign of fatigue.
When will this franchise realize that the coach is ruining the careers of these players? Yeah, I don’t like some of these players (mostly Hinrich), but I have to root for them to succeed. I don’t know how else I can put it. This has been a serious issue ever since this fucking hack for a head coach came to town. It’s getting even worse than it was, before.
It’s a saying overused in sports but it speaks volumes here: Sometimes, you have to lose a battle to win a war. An NBA season is a perfect example of that.

Yeah. Well, he just thinks that playing the starters even more minutes when players are out is better than playing people who can’t even get on the court during warm-ups.
By the way, I am watching the John Fox press conference. Anyone else shocked that Ted Phillips didn’t speak at the start? What an idiot.

The Bulls have now lost for the sixth time in eight games. Against the Cavs, the defensive genius decided to play Jimmy Butler 40-something minutes when they were down double digits for nearly three quarters of the game.
PATHETIC.
