Meet the new Bears; same as the old ones – Virginia and Roger enjoy the game together

Well, it wasn’t a blowout. But let’s be honest, the defense of the Bears still sucks. They couldn’t stop a nosebleed today. The defense had only forced two punts. Everytime it went to 3rd down, you knew the Packers were going to convert. It doesn’t matter if the Bears have a “great” coordinator. If the players aren’t there, it doesn’t matter.

There is just so much shit to talk about. From penalties to horrible play-calling, it’s there. First, Kyle Fuller late in the game decided to not turn around and that ultimately, decided the game. Before that, the Bears decide to pass four straight times at the goal line. Matt Forte nearly had 150 yards rushing and as soon as they get to the goal line, they pass four straight? One was nearly intercepted and the Bears turned it over on down.

Speaking of being intercepted, Dickface met his quota of at least one interception per game against the Packers. And why did he even attempt that? There were three other receivers open. I’ll never know but I am sick of it. And even with all of that, the defense, once again, couldn’t stop the Packers. The offense was doing all of the right things by eating up the clock and keep Rodgers off the field, but when was on there, it was a nightmare.

I think the problem I have is I am more pissed off when the Bears lose a close game. I fucking hate that they do this shit all the time when they are expected to lose by 30 and instead, they actually put up a fight.

0-1 and the Cardinals are up next at home. Yours truly will be there to witness the PATHETIC in person.

If someone can correct me, feel free. But I think the guy to the left of Virginia is Michael McCaskey. If so, it’s three turds floating in a toilet.

In other football news, anybody check out the Titans beating the ever living crap out of Lovie Smith’s Buccaneers? NBC showed Lovie’s press conference. It sounded just like they did when he was here. “We had a good week of practice but not a good game.”

Or how about Marc Trestman and the Ravens failing to score a touchdown on offense in a loss against the Broncos? Yes, I know, the Broncos didn’t score an offensive touchdown either, but it’s nice to see them fail elsewhere.

  2. chucky Says:

Fro….I made it a point to check out what the Ravens and the Bucs did yesterday. And I did see that arrogant piece of shits press conference. What a fucking asshole. But I have to admit, I fucking loved that Baltimore and Tampa Bay stunk up their respective games. Yes there was some serious schadenfreude in play here.

Or, as my favorite TV character, Denny Crane would call it, “Shutter Bug”. Fuck Lovie Smith, and fuck Marc Trestman.

  3. Fro Dog Says:

This loss really sucks because not only was it a division loss, but both the Lions and Vikings lost their games.

As mentioned in the recap, the Bears might have had a chance to pull it out had they ran the damn ball instead of passing four straight times on the goal line on that drive. Jauron, Smith and Trestman all pulled the same shit. It’s fucking annoying.

  4. abdallaha92 Says:

Dear all Jay Cutler apologists, please do us all a favor and GO FUCK YOURSELVES. Jay will always be shit. BTW Julius Peppers had 1.5 sacks already. It would be helpful if Jared Allen could sack someone before the games become pointless. Fucking pathetic.

  5. chucky Says:

And YOUR choice for replacing Cutler is…….

    I hear crickets.

  6. Fro Dog Says:

Yes, GARY, we get your point. Some of us here defended him and we were wrong. You’re about a year too late with that “GO FUCK YOURSELVES”. But let’s look ahead to next year’s draft. Cutler will still be on the hook for that upcoming season and while we don’t root for the Bears to lose, if they do keep it up, that can give them a top ten pick.

It’s still too early to tell where the Bears will pick or who will be available, but there is always the option of trading up, as well. For now, it’s another year of this. Fox isn’t going to Clausen unless Cutler gets hurt.

  7. abdallaha92 Says:

The reason I said “GO FUCK YOURSELVES” was because I was venting against people who still defend Jay to this day, not at you guys. This season was over before it began, I’m just looking for improvements in the team. Next year we should draft any good QBs available.

  8. chucky Says:

And hope to hell we don’t end up with next Cade McNown.

Look, I get it. Yes, Cutler wasn’t as advertised. Yes, the season was over before it began. And yes, the team DID show some improvement. They aren’t good enough right now to beat Green Bay. We knew that before they did the National Anthem. Right now the best thing the Bears can do for this season is to go 3-13. Winning 7 or 8 games doesn’t do anybody any good. They miss the playoffs, and end up drafting in the middle of the first round. If you want the Bears to draft a quarterback next year, they need to be at the very least drafting no lower than #3. I’d be happy if they won only 2 o r 3 games this year.

I’ve defended Cutler in the past. I know now that I was wrong. But fucking grow up a little. Stop hating the guy just because he’s Jay fucking Cutler. He’s still the best quarterback that they’ve ever had. I’ve heard way too many dipshit fans hate Cutler because he doesn’t stand on the sidelines and smile like Tom Brady. And stop with bullshit meme, “He’s a coach killer”. No, he isn’t. Marc Trestman had no business whatsoever coaching anybody, and Lovie Smith proved (and is still proving now) that he is not an NFL caliber head coach. Cutler had nothing to do with that. The dumb fuck fans who call him a coach killer don’t know what the fuck they’re talking about. And if you agree with those dumb fuck fans, you don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about too.

  9. CubsBearsSoxSuck Says:

Holy christ this conversation is like that Journey song that says Nah Nah Nah Nah Nah 76 times.

I personally think the argument can be made that he is a “coach killer” I personally don’t believe that anyone is a “dumb fuck” for having this opinion. This is why these conversations can be fun and interesting.

    The Bears Suck.

  10. Fro Dog Says:

We have to stop this. I make the rules of this site and I say this conversation ends now. Here’s what I will say and that will be the end of it.

The Bears fucking suck. It doesn’t matter if Cutler had 47 head coaches/coordinators fired or not. Until the Bears find a head coach who isn’t a fucking idiot and will actually call a running play near the goal line (rather than pass four straight times), the Bears aren’t going to do shit. It’s hard enough to win in the NFL. It’s harder when the coaches are idiots.

Click on the picture on this post of who was at Sunday’s game. This team is PATHETIC. End of discussion.

  11. chucky Says:

Moe, Larry, and Curley had a sky box at the game.

Actually, I apologize to all fans of the Three Stooges. Those guys were far more intelligent those the three assclowns in that box.

  12. genrebuster Says:

I agree with much of what is being said here (especially chucky)…but not all.

Cutler is no Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers (duh)…but put Brady, Rodgers or on a team “coached” by Lovie (barf) or Trestman (barf)…and there’s good reason to believe they wouldn’t have performed as well/on the level that they have/do.

The reasons why the Patriots consistently compete include a smart owner, good front office, good systems, good coaching, and good players (another example of this is the St. Louis Cardinals bb team); Brady could go down, and they would still be dangerous.

The Bears are screwed for now. That is all.

  13. genrebuster Says:

so I just learned that you can’t put “insert favorite qb” inside less than-greater than signs…if you do, the words don’t shw up in WordPress…

should have been: “…but put Brady, Rodgers or “insert favorite qb here” on a team “coached” by Lovie (barf) or Trestman (barf)”

  14. genrebuster Says:

“show up”. Sorry Mitch (and Gary!).

  15. CubsBearsSoxSuck Says:

Thanks for your input genre. It was already kind of hard to keep my composure when Chucky’s bottom paragraph about someones face and the dumb fuck comments above were obviously directed at me. I am not that naive that I can not read between the lines. I don’t know if the guy really has a personal problem with me, he’s bored and wants someone to fight with, or he isn’t happy with the hand life has dealt him so he wants some misery to keep him company. Either way the “especially chucky” comment enabling him and throwing fuel on the fire was not needed or appreciated.

  16. CubsBearsSoxSuck Says:

I used to come here to enjoy coming to this site and sharing my opinions and have laughs with some like minded individuals. I was aware that chucky was the site asshole and did my best to stay clear. When I shared my coach killer opinion it started a fight back in January. Not really a fight. I”ll give a recap…

me: Fox better watch the coach killer
    chucky: Cutler didnt kill Trestman
me: oh heres a shit ton of other coaches he had shit canned
    chucky: Cutler didnt kill Trestman
me: ok excluding Trestman there is allot of other things that say so
chucky: he didn’t kill Trestman you stupid jag off
me: whoa dude whats your problem?
    chucky: Cutler didnt kill Trestman
me: (ok this guy is off his fucking meds)

I thought this was the end of that shit til he took his little jabs the other day. I am not going to come here and feel like I am on eggshells and uncomfortable with every post. If I was coming around saying I didn’t like Cutler because I didn’t like his wife or something like that then I understand being burned. I have made some damn fine points in the past that reflect his play and attitude and do not deserve to be told I am a dumbfuck by some crippled divorced asshole living in his moms spare room because he does not share the same personal opinion as I do. Then to have one of the site admins encourage it is kind of the straw that broke the camels back.

For years I have watched chucky run numerous people off of this site because they did not share the same opinion as him. I am done watching. So you can add me to the list. At least I have the courtesy to let everyone know why I am gone.

Fro, I really enjoyed all the good times and bad over the years. You have my email and number if you ever wanna shoot the shit or catch an event.

Chucky, don’t even bother responding to me you fucking asshole. I will be banning the site ip on my pc so I can not come back. Hope you enjoy the miserable life you created for yourself prick.

  17. Fro Dog Says:

I am confused right now. CS said “Then to have one of the site admins encourage it is kind of the straw that broke the camels back.”

I don’t know what myself or Genre did. I don’t think either of us encouraged people on here to insult others. You know we love you, CS. Same for you Chucky. I am not taking sides here. I am not trying to crack a joke either, but I am more pissed off at the Bears for continuing to lose, because it’s causing this stir. But you shouldn’t have to leave.

I tried saying above that this argument should be finished. I am closing the comments for this section and moving on to the next thread. I am closing this thread.
