A ton of penalties.
Bad defense.
Costly turnovers.
Isn’t that every loss by the Bears? I mean, they had a touchdown in the first quarter only to have it called back by a holding penalty. They also stopped the Vikings late in the game and Leonard Floyd was called for holding. I mean, this is what it is. The Bears are still a very bad football team.
Mitch Trubisky: Hey, it was fun watching him play. That two-point conversion was amazing. I know that interception was not a smart throw that cost them the game late. RUN THE DAMN BALL. But overall, bad defense and penalties ultimately decided it. And if anyone thinks Mike Glennon gave them a better chance, please go put your head into a bucket of wet cement.
Bears vs. Ravens next week in Baltimore.

I don’t like blaming the refs but Jesus tap dancing christ. Calling back the Howard TD, the helmet to helmet, and the last phantom holding call.

I know. The referees were just outrageous tonight. But, they weren’t the ones who couldn’t stop the Vikings from running the ball and having all of those screen plays that did the defense in.

Wheaton sucks. Dude can’t get open or catch a pass. Trubisky threw a bad int but no one can get open out there. Only wr who can get open is Wright. This is the worst receiving corps I’ve ever seen on an NFL roster. If I were pace I’d be scanning the free agency field and other teams practice squad. Bring in gentry. Mise of well see what he’s got

While he’s looking for receivers on the free agent list (I am sure it’s a cesspool), he should also look for some linebackers and safeties.

Oh yes he should. I would also look at a trade. If you can get a steal of a wr out there I say go get him. I liked what I saw tonight. The bears are moving in the right direction. I agree on the penalties as well. The refs totally burned us a few times but that’s how it goes sometimes.

Who was the genius that thought the 3-13 Bears were worth back to back national TV appearances? I was bored as hell and went to bed midway through the 3rd quarter after they gave up the TD.
