Open thread

Is anyone watching the playoffs in basketball, hockey or both? Both have been pretty exciting.

Other than that, I’m just treading water until training camp starts in late July as things stay quiet with our beloved Bears.

Sooo…an hour ago, I watched the Cubs sweep the Carinals with a 2-0 win. Not that pretty…six total hits (Cubs, 4-2), three total errors (Cards, 2-1) but they swept the series and are 38-27.

White Sox also swept the Tigers. Good times!

Not watching the NBA or NHL playoffs…not much incentives.

    Hey Matt Nagy…….GO FUCK YOURSELF!

I can’t fucking wait for this sorry ass sack of flaming dog shit to get fucking shit canned. No team in their right fucking mind is going is going to hire this motherfucking douchewaffle! Go fucking choke yourself with your goddamned visor you fucking little bitch!

The White Sox have the best record in Major League Baseball.

Wrap your mind around that for a few minutes.

    Chucky, I understand your frustration.

    However…dramatic pause for effect…

First, given Nagy’s track record, I wouldn’t want him starting his rookie year either. Putting Justin Fields behind center right now? Under Matt Nagy’s tutelage? No, he’ll just be learning bad habits that he may never shake.

Second, no way do I put Fields on this field this year…not with the death march of a schedule that the Bears drew in 2021. There is a big difference between B1G football and the AFC North/NFC West. Throw in a field trip to 7-time SB Champ Tom Brady and the Defending SB Champion Tampa ….

    …naaah, bruh…not this year, homes.
