Bears vs. Packers thread

I am currently not home and will not have a recap today. I will chime in later in the comment section. Feel free to add your thoughts.

Also, last night, I spotted The Yeti. Irish Yeti. Genre will be happy when he sees this picture.

Lets hope the Bears with Fields at QB can put an end to Rodgers dominance over da Bears!! I have to bring up the hapless Blackhawks, when is Rocky Wirtz going to wake up and FIRE Stan Bowman and Colliton they have ruined the Hawks , Bowman with his poor drafting and trades ,Colliton who doesn’t have a clue how to coach!! PLEASE Rocky CLEAN HOUSE ASAP!!

  2. Paul Says:

The game just started and the Bears win the Toss and defer, are you kidding me , you let Rodgers have the ball first !!! Just more Nagy stupidity!!

  3. Fro Dog Says:

The defense has returned to being trash. Likewise for the offense. And these referees aren’t making things better either.

  4. Paul Says:

I think Nagy was calling plays again because after the Bears scored first the offense went back to dink and dunk , he just can’t keep his hands off, fire the DUMBASS now!!

  5. chucky Says:

O’Bradovich was talking this morning on the pre-game show about how the Bears have a great chance of actually beating the Packers today. Hampton said he was excited for the game today. WHAT. THE. FUCK!! They could find their collective asses with both hands and goddamn road map. Paul’s right, fire this cocksucker now before he destroys Fields career.

Fro, did you ask Yeti why he stopped posting in the dark part of the internet?

  6. John Says:

Absolute puck-inducing game. Yesterday I watched my Illinois state University Redbirds get shut out at home on homecoming, against North Dakota State, who incidentally has uniforms that look exactly like the Packers!

This team is ill-coached all the way down. Mile wide busts in coverage, inability to make tackles, they can’t do anything right! It goes like this . . . first down: 2 yard run with Herbert; second down: bobbled incomplete pass to no one in particular; third down: holding the ball too long and taking a sack. Punt.

And for the Packers? First down: six yard gain; second down; fourteen yard gain through the air on the corner route. No need for third down (which they would convert too, by the way.)

I like it when they say, oh no, this insert Packers player here who just got injured on defense is so important and what will they do without him? They could put a brick in his place and the Bears player would trip over the brick!

TEN YEARS UNENDING MISERY! From Cutler to Glennon to Trubisky to Fields. From Smith to Tresman to Fox to Nagy.

I’m so hyped for next week to watch Tom Brady do the EXACT SAME THING! It’s going to eight yard pass gain on first down to Gronk, six yard run gain on second down. Third down touchdown.

And one more thing. Down with those refs! So . . . many . . . stoppages of play. Oh, we’d better whistle the play dead and huddle up. I want to watch football and these guys are being outraced by snails.

And one more other thing. Cut Mario Edwards Jr!

This team plays like the 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2020 rosters! Just replace Akiem Hicks and Khalil Mack with Pernell McPhee and Lamar Houston; Eddie Jackson and Roquan Smith with Chris Conte and his tatoos! Brian Urlacher straight out of retirement could do better!

Now let’s go drink with the Browns and Bills fans. Oh, wait, they’re actually good this year. I guess the Lion and Jets will have to do.

  7. chucky Says:

Hamp and OB are PISSED OFF. But seriously, what the hell did they expect? Every pre-game it seems they forget who’s coaching this shitshow. They’re all excited, hopeful, and carrying on about our so called great defense, then on the post game they’re pissed about what the coaches did. Or didn’t do. They need to figure that as long as this coaching staff is in place, as long as Ryan Pace has any say in player personnel, as long as George McCaskey is still sleepwalking through Halas Hall, and as long as THE OLD BITCH is still sucking the oxygen out of Halas Hall, this motherfucking team is a flaming pile of dog shit, and it will go NO FUCKING WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. genrebuster Says:

GREAT photo, Fro! I’m very happy to see you and THE Irish Yeti alive and well.

Did you know that Nagy + Pace + McCaskey = DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM?

  9. Paul Says:

Chucky, lets face it there’s no chance the Bears will EVER be competitive as long as the McCaskeys own the Bears, the evidence is there to back that up!! George McCaskey has hired one cluster Fuck after another and the next will be the same!!

  10. chucky Says:

You are so right Paul, unfortunately for us. I have zero confidence that the asshole McCaskey crime family will not change. Time after time after time they have shown no ability to hire good, competent football people. I expect the same bullshit after they cut Nagy loose.

  11. Paul Says:

Chucky, the sad thing is Justin Fields could be a really good quarter Back but the the Bears , as you say crime family, will screw him up !! My prediction of a 4-13 season record is looking to be a very good possibility!

  12. Yeti Says:

    Who’s that fat fuck?

  13. genrebuster Says:

  14. chucky Says:

Paul, that prediction is only off by one game. The only games left on the schedule I see them winning is Thanksgiving day in Detroit, and home against the Giants on January 2nd. New York may actually be worse than Detroit, despite having won a game. I’ll go 5-12 for these losers. And by losers I’m referring to the idiot coaching staff, not the players.

  15. Jimmy D Says:

YETI!!! OMG, it’s been forever since you posted. We got into some good “debates” over the years, but it was always fun. I still come to this site to read the posts, but don’t contribute on a very regular basis.

  16. Paul Says:

Chucky, some of the players are losers starting with Eddie Jackson and what was Mack doing on the sideline when Rodgers was driving for the winning score!! The ultimate blame is on the McCaskeys and has been from the moment they took over control of the team .

  17. chucky Says:

You’ll get no argument from me Paul.

  18. genrebuster Says:

Jimmy D and Yeti in the same thread…life is getting better!

  19. chucky Says:

Don’t get too far ahead of yourself genre. Nagy and Pace are still employed. It is good to have Yeti and Jimmy around again though.

  20. genrebuster Says:

Thx for bringing me back to Earth, chucky. Of course, you’re right on all counts.
