This is absurd. It’s enough that Ryan Poles did more stupid shit by drafting a tight end and wide receiver despite needing another defensive back and linebacker. Talk about a waste of resources.
It’s one step forward, two steps back for this dis-organization. It’s Kevin Warren, who probably hasn’t ever thrown a football in his life, in the Draft Room. This furthers the argument that management is interfering with coaching decisions.
I was happy they got a safety in Dillon Thieneman and Logan Jones, a center. But getting a tight end and wide receiver right after? I’d like to be wrong, but I rarely am when it comes to this team.
For anyone who thinks this team is in great shape, think again. As I mentioned before, only ONCE in the last 35 years have the Bears made the playoffs in back-to-back years. And the last time was 20 years ago. I know there are still more draft picks to go, but I do believe Ryan Poles made it more difficult for the team with the decisions tonight.

Poles shouldve been canned after overpaying on contracts multiple times for useless players putting us in cap pergatory and his absolutely mindless drafting. We needed to get an impact player on D in both days 2 and 3 and a waste positional value at WR and TE. Useless waste of picks wouldve been better trafed for a younger value player.
Not only is Poles not qualified hes not good at scouting or building foundational franchise pillars. Yes hes gotten lucky a few times but this day two underscores his inabikity to properly target vakue on the defensive side of the ball.
