The Bears are already fucked. This is why losing on Sunday was basically the end all, be all. This is where the wheels come off.
Now with Bagent on the shelf, Mike Glennon Trevor Semen Matt Barkley Case Keenum is starting. This dude had a flash of success years ago with the Vikings. Other than that, he’s done absolutely nothing. He can’t throw. He can’t scramble out of the pocket. I don’t even think this guy can tie his fucking shoes. Are the Bears going to try to find a competent quarterback to start a couple games?
My guess is probably not. They may find that other quarterback who played in the preseason. We’ve seen this movie before.
At 1-1, the season feels like it’s over already. I use to say it’s over by Columbus Day. We’re weeks away from that.
