I’m afraid to say that we will still be seeing that same face on the sidelines next year unless the Bears completely tank in the final seven games of this season. The McCaskey’s are not about to eat the 11 mil still owed to Lovie.
Lovie Smith is not the only one to blame in this. When Cutler was aquired for Orton and first round draft picks in consecutive years, many Bear fans laughed it off by saying that Angelo isn’t good with high draft picks anyway. Where would the Bears have been with that logic when they drafted Pro Bowl caliber players in the first round that eventually became the 85 team? Angelo is more to blame than Lovie for this fucking mess.

Robert…you might be right about Mangini. I actually did forget about him. But while Mangini may be just really stupid, Lovie is both stupid AND stubborn as hell. And quite honestly, I truly hope Lovie loses his job before Mangini. It might not happen, because the Bears are equally stupid and stubborn, and I know they will not dump his sorry ass next year because of his contract, but I can hope it happens.

That dumb fuck Jay Cutler can’t blame the offensive line. He’s being given PLENTY of time to throw the ball. I think Cutler is the worst starting quarterback in the NFL. He is inaccurate, and he doesn’t give a damn. See him go out on the field on the last series with his head down? What a piece of shit. Typical overpaid Chicago underachieving athlete.

What emotions are that Yeti? That Cutler overthrows three wide receivers going deep, then blames the offensive line. Didn’t you watch the Comcast crew after the game? They all put this loss on Cutler. A 63.2% QB rating. The Bears lost the game. Do you just like to argue with everybody?

I wouldn’t go that far saying Cutler is the worst starting quarterback in the NFL. I mean, there is JaMarcus Russell from the Raiders or Brady Quinn/Derek Anderson from the Browns.
But I will agree with you in the sense that he has a made a lot of stupid plays this year.
