Happy Thanksgiving.

by

In Chicago, there isn’t much to be thankful for in terms of the Bears or Bulls. Although the Blackhawks and Illini basketball are going to be keeping me busy this winter. We will see how those two teams pan out in the coming months.

So anyway, I want to wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving to you and your families.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your lady friend Fro. Be safe.

And one more time, thank you for allowing me to rant like a lunatic here.

  2. MadCityMac Says:

Fro, happy Thanksgiving to you as well, and to all of the rest of you!

  3. genrebuster Says:

Yes. Happy Thanksgiving to one and all, I wish you and yours All the Best.

Fro, we greatly appreciate your time & efforts here.

On a different note, I wonder who the “guest of honor” is tomorrow at Dusty’s? Neifi, Latoya, Jagoff, Merker are all deserving….perhaps Milton deserves an invite just for being Milton…

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

I would like to wish you all a happy thanksgiving….I think Moe hendry might be the one who gets to sit on dustys lap this year

  5. chucky Says:

Anybody listen to Boers and Bernstein on the score yesterday? Hub Arkush claims to have sources that state the Bears are making possible preparations to make some BIG changes in the Bears hierarchy. In other words, could Lovies and Jerry Angelos days be numbered at Halas Hall?

    I fucking hope so!!!

I honestly can’t understand how anybody can defend these fucking assclowns anymore. Angelo seems to be in a coma most of the time, and Lovie is proving just how inept he is at everything he does. I’m not a big fan of “fire and passion” by Lovies press conferences make me wonder when somebody is going to start shoveling dirt on top of him.

If they don’t dump these idiots soon, my fear is that Jay Cutler will be completely destroyed before his time is up here.

Have a good Thanksgiving Fro. To everybody else in here have a Happy Thanksgiving as well! Thanks god the Bears don’t play tomorrow. That might have made me throw up my Turkey watching that crap.

  7. Sandberg23 Says:

Hopefully what Hub said about the Bears brass putting out feelers to Cowher, Gruden and Shannahan are true!! Personally I would take the Chin over any of these guys, but I’m sure it’s just a pipe dream. Also it’s being reported that Mike Martz may be Turner’s replacement next season if Turner gets shit canned. I don’t know if Martz could turn this team into the Rams offense he had some years back. However, he would have to be an upgrade right??

  8. Fro Dog Says:

I heard the same thing last night at work with Hub on The Score. Personally, I would take Shannahan. I heard a report the other day that Cowher said he wouldn’t mind taking the Bears job either if it was available.

  9. Captain Kirk Says:

  10. robert Says:

Reports are the two jobs that cowher wants are the bears or the texans….i dont think the texans have given up on kubiak yet

  11. genrebuster Says:

I just watched the Chicago Film Room video…very interesting.

If Hester has seen it, perhaps he will learn from it….the Bears coaching staff might be beyond help (you think?).

I think it’s fair to say that all names being mentioned as coaching replacements would be an upgrade from the current cesspool.

robert, how could I forget Hendry. He’s probably phoning Itzuris now for detailed instructions on how to properly administer the “nut rub” to his old pal Dusty.

  12. Fro Dog Says:

    I just saw that video.

As I mentioned several times, the problems of this team go all around. Positions, coaching, etc…

A lot of changes need to be made and then from there, things have to “mesh” together. If changes at the top are made, then that doesn’t mean you just go out and get players just for the sake of doing so. There is a difference between getting players and then getting players who are capable of doing a good job.

  13. Dusty Baker Says:

I would like to wish all of you a happy thanksgiving…You know none of you are invited to thanksgiving at my house. (well one of you are) My guests of honor this year are jaques strap… Latoya Cunt merker Chip caray (cause I like guys named chip) ron turner milton bradley larry crotschild and my guest of honor this year will be moe hendry sitting on the left of me and aaron miles sitting on the right

  14. chucky Says:

Thanks for not inviting us. Saves us the trouble of having to say no.

  15. genrebuster Says:

Das Yeti…..were YOU invited to Dusty’s? If so, congratulations! ;-

  16. Dusty Baker Says:

forgot to tell you all kevin gregg is bringing the neifi to my thanksgiving dinner gobble gobble

  17. genrebuster Says:

Gobble Gobble indeed…Gregg should excel, dude!!!

  18. Captain Kirk Says:

Hester was and will never be a feature reciever. He came to us as an under sized DB and a return man. He was prolific as a return man and that is what he should be today. Trying to make him a number one or two reciever was a wet dream of Jerry Angelo, Lovie Smith and Ron Turner. In the world of political correctness we live in no one wants to admit the fuck up and move on. Lovie Smith wouldn’t say shit if his mouth was full of it.

I find this team to be boring and unimaginative and that comes directly from the boring and unimaginative Lovie Baker.

Jay Cutler is a fine quarterback playing in the NFL with a team that wouldn’t make a BSC bowl game this year. We cannot possibly evaluate the players until we get the coaching problem fixed.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

SHOW DA FIRE AND PASSION, MY FRENDT!
