If anybody watched Sunday’s Bulls/Knicks game, you will know why they lost. Correct that. If you like basketball and know just a little bit about the game, you would know why the Bulls lost on Sunday.
This is going to be a first and I hate to do this: Derrick Rose really sucks in late game situations (Waits for idiots to tell me I am an idiot). While Rose has had two or three game winners so far in his career, he has had a chance to have about 20 more. There was a game earlier this year in Miami where Rose had two chances in the final minute to make free throws to win the game and he missed them all. On Sunday, he and Luol Deng (of course) missed all of their free throws in the final minute and Carmelo promptly hit a three to tie the game to force overtime. For what it’s worth, Noah missed a free throw in overtime. They were 22/31. I am not a genius or anything but I think that’s bad.
The Bulls in the first quarter alone had 8 turnovers and 19 total. A good team should have maybe 10 total a game.
What a bunch of assholes. Have fun losing in the first or second round.

“A good team should have maybe 10 total a game”….
So no team in the NBA is good this year. Glad that’s cleared up

Yes. I did clear that up. I’ve read plenty of box scores this year where teams have had less than that. Usually, they win too. I forgot to also mention that the Knicks missed a shit load of shots late in the game only to have them get the offensive rebound time after time.
If you actually watched this game, what do you think cost the Bulls the game? Maybe I am always wrong and you’re always right. I’m such an idiot. I’ll stop now before I embarrass myself some more.

…nobody can take over late in the game like MJ did, when it really mattered. I know that’s irrelevant, just sayin’….never expected Rose to fill those shoes.

But right now, with all of the problems the Bulls have, just remember this: Kevin Gregg is a serviceable closer.

You may have seen box scores saying that, but the fact of the matter is, the lowest per game turnover average is 11, while it ranges up to 19 per game. And TVs Bulls are still in the top 5 in the league, yet you bitch about turnovers. They had 19 on Sunday. That’s bad, yes, but overall, the Bulls are better than most teams about turnovers. If only the NBA had “Stupid Turnovers” as a category, then the Bulls would lead the league, yes?
Also, the Bulls won last night, so that means no FroDog post about them

But….Kevin Gregg is still a serveable closer!
TALK MORE HOCKEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Yeti…The bullpen this year is still VERY serviceable to me! Would you like to share your opinion so far about their serviceable record of 1-4?

Sorry Hulkster. I tried to watch TNA when you first arrived there and couldn’t quite get myself into it. Maybe if you guys had more than two wrestlers of importance, I would show some interest.
