I read earlier that Jon Bostic was fined $21,000 for his hit last week despite the fact it was a clean hit and wasn’t flagged. I don’t think the NFL realizes that if a player is careful with how they approach a hit, that could result in more injuries.

It still annoys me why they even brought that shitstain back after L.A. released his sorry ass. 26 saves but 6 or 7 blown at the least. That is not very good for a closer. I don’t remember who said it here but they mentioned they could have brought up a minor leaguer or two for an audition instead of Gregg. Why not try that?

OK, I’ve remained quiet long enough. I can’t take this anymore. Why, why, WHY in the goddamned hell is fucking Sveum putting in Kevin Fucking Gregg in the bottom of the ninth in 5-5 game? Jesus FUCKING Christ!!!!!!!!! Yes, dammit, I know this is a lost season. So is 2014 and probably 15 too. I get that. But why in the fucking hell is that goddamned shithead still around. HE CAN’T FUCKING PITCH!!!!!! They would be better off putting my 49 year old surgically repaired arm (3 times over) and fused spine in there to pitch. If they are trying to hold out and get something in return, forget it that ship sailed a long time ago.
The reason I get pissed about this is because Gregg is taking up a roster spot that should go to someone more deserving, or maybe a prospect of some kind. There was a reason Gregg didn’t have a job when the Cubs signed. NOBODY FUCKING WANTED HIM!!!!!!! This shit is going to drive me completely apeshit if it keeps up. I seriously want to kick Gregg, and Sveum as well, right in the fucking nuts. Stupid fucking cocksuckers.

Not soon enough, my friend. Not nearly soon enough. And honestly, I’m still a bit leary of being hopeful of the Bears season. I guess we’ll need a full season to give a fair grade on Trestman. I’ve been saying all this time that bringing up minor leaguers to try to fill in the bullpen was a much better and maybe cheaper solution than the turds that are there right now. You would think Theo and Jed would think the same thing so they can find out who’s good and who isn’t. Instead, they wasted another season without bringing up anybody to audition for the pen. PATHETIC ON EVERY LEVEL.
