It’s all good. The Bears need to bounce back for sure this Sunday and next Thursday as well. It would be nice to see them stock two wins in a week. The defense is driving me insane however.
I have some deep concerns about Sundays game. New Orleans is a beast of a team. And they should not look past the Giants either. They have to win a game sooner or later. They aren’t Jacksonville. Eli can be a beast himself when he wants to be.
Also, did anyone happen to hear Boers and Bernstein today around 1:30? Apparently, we aren’t the only ones who think ThomASS Thibodeou should be fired. Berstein, who rarely says something worth listening to these days, actually was on the money today. If anybody wants to listen to the show between 1:30 and 1:45, it should be on their website now.
He mentions how Thibodeou screws his players over by playing them way too many minutes and because of him, players like Noah and Deng are constantly playing through injuries. He said something along the lines of Deng, Noah and Butler being in the top 10 this season in minutes played. Along with that, any other team would fire his ass in a heartbeat. Instead, Jerry Reinsdorf and John Paxson think he’s the best thing since sliced bread.
Remember, this is the same John Paxson that got pissed off at Vinny Del Negro for playing Noah when he was injured in 2010. Paxson went to Del Negro and grabbed him by the tie and it nearly went haywire after that.
This organization that was once great, is now PATHETIC. And even when it was great, a fat fuck by the name of Jerry Krause was running the show. Well hey, at least he brought championships before throwing it all in the garbage.
I watched the whole banner ceremony last night on Tv. Overall, it was pretty awesome, but the music they played when the players were carrying the banner and it was raised was so…somber. Made me think it was a more like a funeral than a celebration.
Damn the Baltimore Ravens…they opened the season with four games in a twenty-day span, then went on to win the Super Bowl. Now Goddell has a license to do the Thursday night games as well. Fuck that Thursday Night Football bullshit; the players don’t have enough time to heal or practice right, and the coaching staff has half the time they need to prepare. Most of the games last year were either blowiouts or slopfests that were barely unwatchable because of that shit.
Also, fuck all these London games. How the fuck can the NFL schedule games when they don’t know how the teams will look when they go over there. Tow fucking 0-3 teams went to London last week; also, who’s the marketing genius who scheduled Jacksonville, a team that has been a collective dumpster fire for the last three years, to go to London. And the NFL needs to kill that idea of putting a permanent team in the UK. How about tring to grow the fanbases in the states first (see; Florida NFL teams, the Cardinals, the Bills).
Finally, fuck the eighteen game schedule. The NFL just got done settling over concussions, and now you want them to get beat up for two more games? Two more weeks of shitty foottball with matchups of mostly losing teams? What the hell for?

Well Fro, at least we have one decently run team in town. I only wish I could be a bigger hockey fan. Glad you had a good time there last night.
