Sorry for the abbreviated posts. I’m adding some content as possible, but I haven’t had the time or energy to do any “thoughtful” posting….
Honestly, as far as the Cubs are concerned…I’m not sure how much longer I’m going to give a fart, much less a shit.

Why watch it? They’re not trying to win and nearly all their “talent” is in the minors. As soon as they show some life they traded two of their top pitchers. Now they’re losing again.
No need to waste time or $ on that.

I agree with both of you. I can’t believe that so many people are willing to put up with this CRAP. Think about it…when most businesses fail miserably, eventually they shut down.
Without a doubt, the Chicago Cubs are the most PATHETIC organization in the history of professional sports…at least since 1908. Can that be argued?
As for “talent”…it remains to be seen. Talent and a buck (or so) will get you a cup of coffee. NONE of the talent has panned out in a way that was beneficial to the Cubs.

One thing is certain, at least to me. This team will go NOWHERE with “Ricky” Diarrhea managing them. He’s been no better than any of the previous assclowns in the past. And don’t feed me some goddamned bullshit about how Castro and Rizzo have gotten better. I’m still not 100% sold on either one of them, especially Castro. Any of you guys wonder why they got Addison Russell? I don’t think Epstein and Hoyer are all that sure of him either. If it turns out that I’m wrong, then that’s good, then I’m wrong. I’ll be willing to admit it. Won’t be the first time. But for me so far the only good thing to come out of this year is that Kevin FUCKING Gregg is Miami’s problem now. What the fuck are they thinking?

Levine is the latest proof of how goddamned ignorant the suits at the Score are. Starting with getting the bullshit White Sox coverage the year after winning the World Series, bringing back the fucking train wreck named Dan McNeil, adding a second baseball program that really sucks on Saturday mornings, thus bumping Steve Rosenbloom, who happens to actually have talent, off more often than not, and now this fucking asshole reject from ESPN 1000. Seriously, sports media in Chicago is a fucking farce.
