The Bears have interviewed about 139 candidates for the two vacant positions.

by

Has anyone stuck out in the sea of names? I am not familiar with general manager candidates.

For coach, I’d like to see former Dolphins’ head coach Brian Flores get the job. If not, Byron Leftwich (offensive coordinator for the Buccaneers) is a viable option.

Fire away, my frendts.

It sounds like Brian Daboll might be a decent choice. But I heard yesterday afternoon that they haven’t even talked to Jim Harbaugh, which sucks ass. I also learned that they are enamored with some no-name guy for head coach. I think it’s Matt Eberflus, who is the DC in Indy. Paul is right. Just sit back and get ready to change the header because they’re hell bent to fuck this up. Which also sadly means that Justin Fields career is probably over before it really starts.

Rat fucking bastards. Every fucking one of the goddamned McCaskeys.

This is the same old shit all over yet again , they say they’re making changes but no they’re not!! George is so arrogant he doesn’t realize he’s the problem , the stupid ASSHOLE!! This is hopeless, don’t get sucked in again it will never change with the McCaskeys as owners!!

Matt Eberflus is the first candidate to get a call to a second interview. He also has a second interview with Jacksonville scheduled. He has 29 years experience, last 4 as DC with the Colts. The colts are the first team to achieve a top 10 run defense in 3 0f 4 years since 1977.

Harbaugh is a strange guy. He flirts with leaving Michigan, then reups with them and makes a huge donation to the athletic department, then start talking about the NFL. Also, he does not employ an agent. Maybe because any agent would strangle him because of his constant zig zag course??

Well the good news is that the Bears seem to be taking their search carefully this time, instead of the next duo stepping inside right as Nagy and Pace are stepping out.

Packers have fallen in the Divisional Round, sunk by their horrid special teams! I’ve heard some talk that Rodgers was giving the same look as he walked off the field that Brady was giving following what would eventually be his last game with Pats in 2020. Might Rodgers go for a trade? I’ll throw out here a spicy trade idea . . . Rodgers and Tannehill swap places, Rodgers goes to Tennessee and gets Derrick Henry, Julio Jones, and the pathetic AFC South. Bears finally have a chance at the NFC North!

Packers last I heard are 44M over the cap. If he’s traded, I can’t see them taking salary. They’ll want picks. And they seem determined to develop Jordan Love.
