It’s been a long winter in Chicago. The Bears were awful. The Bulls are trash. The Blackhawks are tanking (yay?) and my Fighting Illini basketball team has been underwhelming. So of course, I Google “depressing Chicago sports” and this is one of the pictures that came up. This describes me to a tee.
Us fans are too damn loyal. We all still watch and some of us still go to games despite the horseshit that is witnessed.
It’s very unfortunate that I have to want the Chiefs to win. That bald fuck Matt Nagy could get a Super Bowl ring. What a PATHETIC excuse for a football coach.
And I’ve hated the Eagles since that playoff game in 2002 where Hugh Douglas knocked out Jim Miller. Fuck the Eagles.

Yes, the Bengals got the ball back before going three and out. The Chiefs drove down and won the game after a stupid penalty by the Bengals.
The Bengals could have done the obvious and run two straight times to get those three yards. But did they? Absolutely not.
This screamed “Bears” in the most poetic of ways. It just goes to show that there are other stupid coaches out there. They lost their chance to get back to the Super Bowl because of terrible play-calling.
