Our friends, Dan and Carl from Fire Ron Turner, will be in Vegas watching the Super Bowl and getting drunk. I want the Patriots to win. Fuck the Seahawks and their smug coach. Sure, Bill Belichick comes off as a scum bag but it seems like his players aren’t assholes like Dick Sherman and Marshawn Lynch.

The floor is yours.

Hassan Whiteside, this is your life.

Leave it to the Bulls, once again, to get embarrassed on National Television by losing to the 20-24 Heat. What’s more PATHETIC is that the Bulls have the tendency to always play down to their competition. We’ve seen this story too many times. I am just repeating it. I am sick and tired of this bullshit.

They let a no name journeyman by the name of Hassan Whiteside, get a triple-double. He plays 25 minutes and gets 14 points, 13 rebounds and 12 blocks. I repeat, he played 25 minutes and gets 14 points, 13 rebounds and 12 blocks.

Jimmy Butler also played 43 minutes in a game where the Bulls’ last lead was early in the first quarter.

Tom Thibodeau is the biggest fucking joke in basketball. The guy refuses to play his entire bench. He runs his players into the ground by playing them way too many minutes and with lingering injuries to several players, he has refused to adapt. The other day, Spurs’ coach Gregg Popovich stuck up for ThomASS when speaking to the media. Could it be because they are trying to win a title and he knows that if ThomASS were replaced by an actual head coach, that their title defense would be in jeopardy? That’s an example of a coach that gets it.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, BULLS. ARE YOU SEEING THIS CRAP? FIRE THIS FUCKING IDIOT NOW.

One of the best human beings in sports ever.

“Let’s play two.” We’ll miss him. I don’t have any other words.

I may still be the biggest loser.

Dear Mr. Clayton….did you watch the Bears this season? Are you “feeling ok”? – Joe

Reports: Bulls crumbling internally; ThomASS on the hot seat

January 20, 2015

Our mission here for the last few years may finally be reaching a glorious conclusion.

We can only pray.

Bears hire Vic Fangio as defensive coordinator

January 20, 2015

He is the former defensive coordinator for the 49ers. And the 49ers weren’t too bad the last few years. All I have to say is that the guy has actually had some success unlike the previous moron, who failed everywhere he went.

Good to see the Bears work with a sense of urgency.

IT’S STILL REAL TO ME, DAMNIT!

It’s been a while since I’ve talked some WRASSLIN’ on here. Of course, things have been fairly busy in other areas and when storylines are awful, it’s hard to get the motivation to talk about it.

Last night’s ending to Raw is being talked about as the best ending to that show in years. I have already mentioned that Raw being three hours for the last two and a half years is atrocious, as it is. But the last seven or eight minutes of the show should remind us fans why we still love and watch this.

Over the weekend and into Monday, I was reading up on the news (dirt sheets) and there was some talk about surprises. I couldn’t have thought of a better way to execute the ending more. Sting shows up and saves the day again. I don’t give a damn how old he is and I could care less how old I get. And there were many more around my age and older who said online that they were jumping off the couch when he appeared on the titantron. To make things even better, Lesnar came out and kicked some ass.

That’s how Raw should end almost every night. Not necessarily with the returns, but in terms of excitement. Every now and then, WWE throws us a bone. They should put in that type of effort every week.

The Royal Rumble is this Sunday.

This guy is an idiot.

With the Bulls having three players out on Saturday night with the first place Hawks in town, this would have been the perfect opportunity for some players to step back. Unfortunately, the impostor for a head coach, decided that only playing eight players was a better idea. Three players (Snell, Mohammed, Bairstow) were once again, nowhere to be seen. Four of the five starters played at least 37 minutes.

With players dropping like flies, this is the best time for the three guys I mentioned above to get playing time. These guys have to play in order for the Bulls to get to where they want to go. The starters are playing way too many minutes and they are playing even more with these injuries. Why can’t ThomASS fucking realize this? There is a reason why some of the players are having nagging injuries. Gasol played 39 minutes in Saturday night’s game. His legs are going to fall off by March. Jimmy Butler is leading the NBA in minutes played. He is already showing signs of wearing down. He was playing out of his mind until the start of the new year. That is a sign of fatigue.

When will this franchise realize that the coach is ruining the careers of these players? Yeah, I don’t like some of these players (mostly Hinrich), but I have to root for them to succeed. I don’t know how else I can put it. This has been a serious issue ever since this fucking hack for a head coach came to town. It’s getting even worse than it was, before.

It’s a saying overused in sports but it speaks volumes here: Sometimes, you have to lose a battle to win a war. An NBA season is a perfect example of that.

This whole John Fox thing is sounding very similar to this.

Do yourselves a favor and ask if what was said 16 years ago at the end of this video is similar to what we are still saying today.

Alright, I am getting a little bored here. The Bulls suck, the Blackhawks are off until Friday and work is slow. While reading up about possible coaching candidates, I decided to take a break and piss myself off some more by reading up about the other shitty head coaches we’ve had to endure since Ditka (he was dick, but at least he won a Super Bowl).

I realized that two of the head coaches in the last 20 years (Wannstedt and Trestman) were assistants under Jimmy Johnson at some point. Lesson to be learned when choosing the next head coach? No more assistants that came from the Jimmy Johnson tree. And when choosing a coordinator? No one who has ever been in Jacksonville (Mel Tucker).

PATHETIC.
