Dale Sveum is clearly an IDIOT, as he continues to trot the WORTHLESS Carlos Marmol out to the mound. Marmol is a one-man wrecking crew, likely doing more damage to the collective psyche of this PATHETIC Cubs organization than any box score could ever indicate.

OK, I’ve had it: Anybody who continues to pitch Carlos Marmol is a complete IDIOT. And if the pressure is coming from above, then tell the “powers that be” to stick Marmol up their ass(es).

Building for the future includes fostering good team morale and chemistry. I wonder how many  Cubs players are truly happy that Carlos Marmol is their teammate?

I’ll be shocked if Marmol ever pitches effectively for any length of time in the Major leagues. Yet another holdover from the Hendry era…money wasted for sure, but it’s too late now; trade him for the proverbial “bag of shells”.

If that seems harsh, keep in mind that these fellas sucked on it for a long time and were paid extremely well for their “efforts”. The Cubs are still feeling the effects of their “expertise”.

“When it really mattered”…for those of you who don’t comprehend, here are a few names of ball payers who once delivered when it mattered most: Will Clark and Steve Garvey (I just threw up in my mouth), Albert Pujols, Reggie Jackson…there are many. All you have to do is look at the teams that win.
