After seeing Ryan Poles basically do what past Bear general managers have done by trading down for more picks, you would guess that history is repeating itself. But will it actually be different this time? My guess is no and I’ll give you one reason: He drafted a punter with one of the picks. They already have Pat O’Donnell. Why waste one of the picks on another one?
The Bears also drafted some players for the secondary. Are they actually bright enough to know how to cover a receiver? That seems to have been an issue for the last, I don’t know, 30 years. Fuck.
