These games weren’t runaways, one bit. With the CS Region, #2 Lyndsay Petruny emerged victorious after taking care of #1 Melody Mendez 17-11. In the second game, it was an exciting one. #3 Emily Florez fell behind early to co-worker and #1 seed, Lauren Jiggetts. In the final day of voting, she overtook Lauren and pulled away by winning 16-12.

That sets up #2 Lyndsay Petruny from the CS Region will battle #3 Emily Florez from the GARY Region.

The Final Four is now set. Games will begin Sunday through Tuesday with the Larry Horse Trophy on the line Wednesday or Thursday.

Okay, folks. We have our first two Final Four participants.

In the DVX Regional Final, your champion is #2 Erin Kennedy as she took down #4 Brooke Weisbrod 17-12. In the SunriseZone region, #3 Megan Glaros and her fabulous boobies disposed of #4 Zoraida Sambolin by the final score of 15-11.

So, in the first game on Monday, it will be #2 Erin Kennedy taking on #3 Megan Glaros for the chance to play for it all. I, for one, am pumped.

No upsets here, folks. #1 Melody Mendez disposed of #4 Marion Brooks, 15-12.

In the other game, #2 Lyndsay Petruny edged out #3 Cheryl Burton by a final of 18-14.

In my opinion, this is the most intriguing game in the Elite Eight, so far. It will be #1 vs. #2 next week for a trip to the Final Four.
